We recently joint Sam‘s Club and first visited the store in Riverdale. Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff members.
The two things that come to mind immediately with Sam's Club, is that 1 You get approached by tamale salesmen in the parking lot, then you walk in and Sam's allows countless 3rd party vendors to bother you about cable tv, cell phone plans, vitamins, health foods, etc while you're trying to shop. It's annoying. And then 2 their produce leaves a lot to be desired. Every time we buy apples from Sam's, they have no flavor.
There little food place inside. They have great big slices of pizza, berry ice cream, hot dogs, pretzels, icey's & drinks. Price's are great!
We’ve been members for years and spend quite a bit money here. They had a product mislabeled and wouldn’t honor the advertised price. It was dishonest and I was treated very rudely at Custer service. Lori and Justin were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointing.
Sam's is awesome! We are able to go on a Saturday and not worry about the crowds because Scan and Go is a total gamechanger! I can't believe people wait in line. It is so easy to use!
Of course I Love love love the scan and check out. OMG! I wish more stores would do this process.
Love the Scan and go option, also love the earlier business hours. Really hate that you can't really go through a normal checkout line anymore and when you do they are so so so slow at it!! I do feel like the store has gone downhill past couple years especially the food counter - I'd give a 1 star if I was reviewing the food counter specifically!!
Best place I just wish people moved a little quicker in the store instead of walking like a bunch of sheep. The staff are great especially in the cafe holding it down with the best pizza ever thank you!
Ordering in the cafe app didn't help as the person doing scan and go seemed like she had no clue what she was doing or even how to do it. One order was slices of pizza and hot dogs and the guy cutting the pizza had to come get the order ready.
Kind of mundane, no one seemed or enthused but rather a pedestrian aura about the place. I don't think it was the store but the people was the cause.
