We have been with the Schirmer Agency for 15 years now, and I can highly recommend using them.  We have homeowners and auto insurance policies with them.  In fact, it was by their recommendation to switch to a Nationwide auto policy that is saving us lots of money.  The best part is, anytime I call or email them, I get a response quickly.  Grayson Schirmer and her team are wonderful and work together to keep their customers satisfied.  Since our experience, even other family members who recently moved to the area are now using their services.  Great job Schirmer Agency!

Once again Traci came through when no one else could!  I have worked with Traci for years and have always received great service, timely responses, and a feeling that she was there to help me and not sell me.  It is very rare to find someone in her position that truly wants to help their customers and is proud of the service they provide.  Traci is wonderful exception.  She recently found me the best value on Home Insurance when everyone else wanted me to buy more than I needed.  She took the time to explain what everything meant on not just her policy but on competitors quotes.  She wasn't explaining things to me like I was an industry insider. Traci broke things down in a way that was digestible to the regular person and really gave me an education.  I can not understate how much I felt valued by her, as well as the comfort of having an agent that you know you can rely on.  This is a relationship that I intend to keep for as long as insurance is a thing.  I'm not saying its a life changing experience, it is however a continuing peace of mind to know Traci and SIG is looking out for me.

Kodi Hodges was very professional, prompt, and provided everything I needed regarding changes to my policy without and delay or frustration.  SO refreshing in today's business dealings world!

Been with the company for almost 10 years. This year has been the worse ever from this Company. From Jennifer NEVER returning phone calls to Mr. Schirmir thinking he has a professional staff, they are just horrible. They allowed my insurance to lapse 2 months, causing Cornerstone to add their own insurance, making my escrow higher and payments. ALL this while calling every two weeks to make them stay on top of things. Was told by an insurance company to send the check by the 12th of July 2023 or my insurance will be canceled, check was resived by the 17th of July 2023. I HAD to call the insurance company to try and cancel the check and have an active policy. Very disappointing and I do not in any way recommend this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!...THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!  Got some some really bad, erroneous information from one of the agents at this business and it COST MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER $1009.29. Sam Schirmer, one of the owners said he would look into it and review the recording of the conversation and get back to me. Never did, I had to make several calls to finally speak to him. He said he listened to the conversation and it was not as I stated. I said lets listen to it together so I can believe what he claims. He said he would not do that as I was not his Client. I said his client, my mother, is standing next to me and lets listen together. He refused, offered no alternatives or solution to this situation, continued to obfuscate and basically told me to pound sand. I called him a liar and it certainly appears that that is the case given these facts. It is extremely unfortunate but apparently I will be needing an attorney in this matter.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!...THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!

I worked with Traci Doutaz on my homeowners insurance policy. Traci was prompt and thorough, taking care to provide me multiple options. She took the time to talk with me about each option and coverage available. Traci is a rock star agent. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t get any quotes after emailing Grayson and called leaving messages for a return call from Grayson. The times I called she was in a meetingnot sick. I needed quotes on personal home, rental home and bundling 2 autos!!!!!  Between 4/12 and 5/4 Grayson or anyone from this insurance company did not follow up! In the meantime, I received quotes on the same day from Swails Insurance, 1st Capital, and Allstate!  Poor customer service or they just don’t need my business!

Kodi was excellent at every level.  Her kindness and expertise... outstanding - over the top in the best possible way!
