AGENCY HISTORY
Harold M. White established the White Insurance Agency in his Indian Head, Fayette County home in the early 1950s. As the business grew, an office was added in 1955 on Bridge Street in Scottdale and moved shortly thereafter to the old Reed Building at the corner of Pittsburgh Street and Broadway. Later, the office relocated to 122 North Broadway, where it has been for the last 25 years. In 1966, Harold’s son, H. Brooks White, opened a second office in Mount Pleasant presently located at 433 Main Street.
OFFICE HOURS
The Mount Pleasant office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and other times by appointment. The Scottdale office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
