Amanda was amazing! I didn't know what to do to fix my "busy mom who doesn't have time to care hair". She knew exactly what to do immediately. I put my trust in her expertise, and she was a true artist. In every aspect. She cared about every detail. I would highly recommend her and this establishment to anyone. My mother has gone there for years, now I see why! You'll never want to go anywhere else once you go to Aella.

The salon was wonderful, I felt very comfortable around everyone I encountered. It’s very welcoming and everyone is so friendly and inviting. My friend Marissa works there so I decided to stop in and have her service me for a lash lift and tint and brow tint. She did a wonderful job and it was well priced for the service I received. I live 40 mins away and I think the drive is definitely worth it for the service.

I just moved to the Meadville area and it can be so hard to find a good salon in a new area. I tried Aella even though their cancellation policy is a little intimidating. I booked for an eyebrow wax and haircut. The facility is huge but well organized and welcoming. In my 32 years of life, I’ve had only 2 haircuts that I felt suited my hair type and face shape appropriately. Allie at Aella gave me one of those cuts. I’ve left salons before feeling like my hair hadn’t even been cut but Allie took the time to be so thorough and precise and it paid off because my cut is perfect. Allie also did my brows and they look great too. She gave me the confidence in the salon to branch out and try their other services and I look forward to going back.Services: Body waxing

I was never so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. I have very thick nails and dry feet, I let them know that when I made the appointment. The tech consulted with another tech. I was told they didn’t feel comfortable doing my nails. I had to ask just to polish them, since I brought my own polish. The one tech told the other “only if you feel comfortable”, and she would have to through away her file. Walking up to pay, I was told I could come back with a doctor’s note. I will say, the girl on the desk was very nice and asked about it, I was so upset I really could not explain myself.Service: Pedicure
