Samuel Franklin and his team are amazing at what they do! From initial contact to our wedding day, the communication was on point. He was very thorough in his initial consultation, making sure to capture everything so there would be no surprises or items that were missing. He captured what I envisioned in my head perfectly! On our wedding day, his team was on time and checked in with our day of coordinator throughout the process. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and our guests came up to me asking who did them because they loved everything. Sam was a pleasure to work with!
You sent me the most beautiful, huge arrangement on Thursday from my daughter samantha. It's the best I've ever had,truly amazing,thank you so much!!! I used a florist from her town for her birthday and was extremely disappointed as they didn't bother to look up what I picked out,but I gave them a very bad review to even the score
I live many states away but ordered an arrangement over the phone to be delivered for Mother’s Day. Both my Mom and I are blown away by the beautiful job the florist did. Their attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and talent set them apart from other florists!
Since I first started getting flowers from them many too many years ago, I have not purchased flowers from anyone else. They always do a super job and I constantly recommend them to family and friends. I've never heard of anyone who got flowers from them as being anything less than completely satisfied. Samuel is a true artist. If you want flowers that are tasteful and beautiful go to Samuel Franklin Florist. If you want cookie-cutter junk, well, just go somewhere else.
Samuel Franklin Florist is the best florist I have ever worked with. The flowers for our daughter's wedding was beautiful! Sam and Sherri made the process so easy. Their expertise on color and arrangements and customer service is outstanding.
I will never use this florist EVER in my life. I was talked to so rude and hateful from the office manager Sharon. My son and daughter in law is getting married in 4 months and was using this florist to make all flowers for their wedding. I have used this florist numerous times and never had a bad experience,and definitely not treated so rude in all my life. I hope the sweet owners address this ladies attitude. This is why many business have CLOSED after Covid because of employees like this!!!!!!! Sam I know you will follow up on this situation.
I didn't find out about an employee's family member's funeral until a couple of hours before the service. I apologetically called Samuel Franklin Florist to see if there was any possible way they could get an arrangement together and delivered in time. There was no hesitation from them as they gladly took my order without sounding displeased or inconvenienced. It was a very pleasant experience and I am happy there are companies still out there that understand things happen and are willing to work with you, even when the situation is not ideal. I highly recommend them! Thank you Samuel Franklin Florist!

Thank you so much! I had ordered a boutonnière for my daughter’s prom date from another local florist. When I went to pick it up they didn’t have it and couldn’t find my order and couldn’t do one cut off day for boutonnières was on Wednesday. This was a Friday after work and prom is Saturday night. I went to Samuel Franklin’s and told them my problem. They were able to do one more boutonnière and I was able to pick up on Saturday morning before the prom. Thank you Samuel Franklin! I won’t go anywhere else from now on
