Ashley was fantastic!!!! I took in my mom's old diamonds who passed away last year, one of which was a very rare miners cut from the 60's, to have it reset as my own engagement ring. I was terrified to leave it, it had never been out of my families sight in nearly 50 years. She not only had beautiful recommendations, at the demise of her own commissions, but she held my hand as I hyperventalated about leaving it, as did her manager. The entire branch went the extra mile to make sure I didn't feel scared, but she even texted me about each step along it's resetting. And it came out stunning, she was so right with going with a solitair. She's more than earned our business!!! We will definitely bring our business to her in the future! Thank you Y'all!!!

I seriously love this place. The people who work there Ashley and Trinka were always really great and super helpful. We went in earlier this year looking for engagement rings and they were able to help us piece together the exact one I wanted. When my now fiance proposed, the ring looked EXACTLY how I wanted it to. Last month we went in to get wedding bands and again, they had exactly what I wanted....well, they ordered it in, but still. Loved their customer services, loved their options and LOVE the rings we purchased from them. I would highly recommend this store for engagement rings and wedding bands....and probably any other jewelry that you are looking for.

My 4th time shopping at Samuels Diamonds. This time I bought an woman's diamond ring, a man's diamond and onyx ring and 14k gold earrings for my daughter. The ring is dazzling, the earrings are retro dangling circles and the man's ring is a bonus...I couldn't pass up the price. So my whole family is getting a jewelry makeover. Crystal was very sweet and patient, as well.

I fee like we got totally ripped off here. The lady, Peaches i believe, was soo nice to my husband and tried to get him to buy most expensive stuff and all this, well he didnt, when he took me in, she barely even remembered him at all and wasnt as thrilled to help anymore. We ended up buying a Tanzanite, she said how it was so good, it was a good price, blah blah blah. When i went to pick up my ring, the stone was cut flat across the top and it looked really weird, i was not expecting that, they also then wanted to say that my ring was not real gold and they could custom make me the same ring for like $5,500, uhm no thanks. So i went back and told them i was not happy with how the stone was cut, she said they could get a new one cut that was actually the right shape BUT of course it was going to be like $400 more. I ended up getting it because i was not happy with it at all. We i picked it up the second time, it was more to my expectation. BUT After like 2 months of having it, the color started fading, and it got scratched soo easily!! The stone looks dull and ugly! It got scratched more so its even uglier. THEN...we started looking around at other prices of the same stone and turns out that Tanzanite was HALF the price we paid for it!! They ripped us off so bad!! I was not happy with my experience there and now were stuck paying on an ugly, dull stone i cant even wear because it scratches so easily!! I do not recommend this place to anyone! They are nice so you dont notice you are getting ripped off!!

Absolutely amazing experience. After a tragic accident with my engagement ring, they replaced the missing diamond, re-pronged all of my settings, and shined it brighter than the day it was given to me. I love them.

Absoultely fantastic work always done by the Master Jeweler Lui, he's made me several custom pieces and i wouldn't trust anyone else with my rings, earrings or necklaces. I recommend him and everyone in the La Frontera store constantly. If you ever need a jeweler Samuels Diamonds La Frontera is the way to go. Lui won't disappoint.

Excellent service, upgraded the diamond in her wedding ring and reset the original on a pendent. Samuels complete the work on a short schedule to make sure the items were ready in the big day.

Very nice service and selection. However if you ordered online, resizing would take about 1 month

Lou has always left an impressive a good job on my peices that neede adjustments.
