TGI Fridays

It was my first time here. They has just run out of Warm Pretzels, which was okay, it happens. The manager came and said he would take care of the next appetizer that we chose. When it came time to deal with the check, he didn't, and I didn't want to wait around while our server ran him down. Hannah was a great server but, ultimately, I don't think I will go to this location, or any other. Cocktails are overpriced and I left very unimpressed.

hands down worst service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant. several issues with this place. We waited 25 minutes to be seated when we were told it would only be 10. We had no silverware or napkins even after appetizers were delivered 25 minutes later. We continue to wait for the main meal an hour later still waiting. While waiting we check reviews and notice several complaints for slow bad service and finally ask to speak to the manager. we express to him in a polite manner the displeasure with the slow service as well as the previous reviews and Manager Kevin response is the reviews about slow service don't matter and why would we trust a few bad reviews. Then he goes on to say in a condescending tone you don't have to eat here, you can leave.. couldn't believe it. but good advice.. we left.

Service was great!!! I did notice that it seemed like the host was double seething my servers section but she handled if very well I only had to get her attention once other then that she was extremely attentive. Had the Jack Daniels steak and it was cook a perfect in between rare and medium rare. Drinks and dessert were the cherry on top of a great dining experience. Frozen lava flows rock!!! And the vanilla bean cheesecake is decadent!!! Would have been 5 starts but the bathroom wasn't very clean and really just gross. But over all I'll be back again for yummy drinks!!!

If I could only give 0 stars!!!! Hostess was rude and just took off. Waitress was nice but it didn't make up for the food service. Appetizer took half an hour. Main dish the fries were cold, burger overcooked and had nothing on it like the menu stated. The appetizer were supposed to keep on coming. Took another 30 min for the next round, by than I took the kids to the car already. Because my stomach started getting upset. So overall....terrible food service, got sick from it. When I had to change my baby, the restroom floor was so sticky that I almost lost my shoes. I notified the waitress and she apologized. The drinks were good and the waitress still got her tip. Won't be going back to this location. And not to fridays in a while.

I try not to let bad reviews about service deter me from visiting a restaurant; people have bad days... BUT, based on the sheer volume of the bad reviews based on service, I should have avoided this TGI Fridays. Not only did my wife and I get horrible service, but all 6 tables in my section were visibly upset by their service. The food took far longer than it should have, so I know that isn't the waitresses fault, but in a case like that, checking in, making sure drinks are filled, etc, is a must and I sat without soda and my wife without water for 10 minutes at one point, never getting checked out. FYI, it was not busy, there was no wait and plenty of available seating Based on reviews, this issue isn't new... Seems like piss poor management.

While the servers still need help whether new staff or better training, the food has gotten better. Fun casual atmosphere. Endless apps are spot on. Tried a few different beers - all need to be colder possibly sat out to long before served??. But hit the spot.

Worst service ever. We as well as many others had a 15 minute wait only to find empty tables throughout the restaurant waiting to be bussed. Waited another 15 minutes before getting up to find someone to take drink orders to find a total of 5 of the waiters at the front greeting table hitting on the girls. Waited 30 minutes to have food orders taken to no avail. At that point we spoke the 19 year old manager, got up, and left. Whoever is running this company needs to get his head out of his butt and consider hiring managers with some kind of experience.

Love this place. Close to home and the service is almost always fantastic. Sit in the bar if you want the best service. Amanda is amazing! So is the guy that she usually works with, i forgot his name. They are usually putting on some sort of show tossing around bottles etc. Its a pleasant change from the norm bar scene.

Great atmosphere, fun drinks, and awesome food! The cooks messed up one of our orders, but when we notified the waiter they reimbursed our meal immediately and compensated generously with service and friendliness. The manger, Ben, made up for the cook's mistake and did a great job.

We are vegetarians so sometimes finding decent vegetarian food can be tough. When we went there the manager came personally to suggest us some good options. Later on chef Michael Pink came by and suggested how he would add more flavor to my wife's dish.. This experience really added to the wonderful mother's day yesterday.. we would love to go there again...
