The Master Food Preservers offer public classes to teach the art and science of all phases of preserving food safely at home.
LOCATION: Classes and cooking demonstrations are held in the "Demonstration Kitchen" conference room accessed through a side entrance to the left of the main entrance of the San Bernardino County General Services building.
REGISTRATION: Registrations should be made by the Monday preceding the class. ***Please make check or money order payable to UC REGENTS (No Cash Please)***
