If u r going here to unload, don't go in before 0600, and pack a lunch cause unloading just 9 pallets they charged me for restack of 4 pallets when I had pics of all pallets standing not shifted in any way, and it still took then 5.5 hours to get me my papers. As for the guard shack, friendly as a wet cat.very bed service gaurd is very rurdlie behavior that inside long line wating time 3 hr

Check in and getting door was instantbwhich had me feeling really good about this delivery. Got here at 7:30 for 8am apt. with only 6 pallets to be unloaded. I kid you not they didn't finish unloading me until 11:30 tho I felt them come in to my trailer almost instantly. I'm guessing 1 pallet per hr is the standard here. They also waited an additional 1hr to give me green light to receive my paperwork. No respect for drivers time smh. Nearly cost me my next load.

Read the reviews on this place and prepare to be frustrated.  Ensure that the day you unload here that you have nothing else to do the entire day.  Don't come before 0600, wait on the road because you'll be turned around even for being 5 minutes before.  You'll get a door at the gate then you'll stand in a really long line that moves very very slow.  If you can REJECT, I recommend doing so it isn't worth it to come here.  You'll be especially pissed when you get to the front of the 2 hour line just to find out the office was just chatting.

Don’t come here totally racist people all around guard luis have no respect for drivers  i. Had 9 pm appointment then I arrived at 8:17 luis said come 8:30 move move so disrespectful Then long line for check in Too much lumper they only take T-check Efs or cash no credit no debit no relay Overall disgusting experience they will definitely ruin your day or night

This place is a dream to deliver to.  Absolute Gold Standard for how the receiving experience should and could be.  We have no other grocery dc that can even hold a candle to Stater.

Drivers stay away ! Appt is always at 6:30am but you won’t get to check in till about 8am-930am due to line and slow staff they literally have 4 windows yet takes hours to get things process we all know they are aware but just act like they are clueless. Once your able to get a door take hours for them to off load even with a small amount off pallets lumpers will throw they’re trash back into your truck and then get upset when you mention it to them as if they’re paying you for your service lumper fees are atleast $200 every time that is just un called for and on paper work they wrote down trash was already in there. For the size of the company Stater bros is they need to do better simply chaotic on every way. You have been warned!

AVOID this PLACE nd PLEASE Bring ur lunch even u have early morning appointment like 6:30 am and keep ur water bottle with u for standing in line for check-in which mostly takes 90 minutes to 2 hours nd Zero star for their service they r good for nothing but don’t know why lined alot of trucks for delivery I m waiting for door from last 7 hours and still waiting Avoid this place PLEASE don’t come here

long line for check in . bring your jacket with you because you also have to wait in the cold storage room where is the check in window is . takes forever to unload. big facility lot of room for maneuver . on sight parking available

Attention all truckers.. never deliver to this place... These guys do not care.. you will be at the dock for hours. make sure your next appt for pick up is after 4 - 5 hours

THOSE LUMPERS ARE CROOKS, THEY WOULD ALWAYS UNLOAD DAYLY DELIVERY DRIVERS FIRST EVEN IF YOU ARE THE FIRST ON LINE… I GUESS THEYRE BUDDYS AND YOU CAN BRIBE THEMMONEY INVOLVED
