I am so happy that San Marcos Mini Storage was able to accommodate me today with a storage unit. David manager was super friendly and helpful through the rental process. David showed me the unit which is upstairs. I was very thankful to find out that there is a lift for my items so I do not have to carry them up the stairs. The facility itself is very clean and organized. I am so happy I stopped in today! Thank you David!
Michelle provided us with excellent customer service! She was attentive, polite, and professional. She made sure that our storing needs were met and helped get us in and out promptly while still making sure to be completely thorough about their policies. Huge plus, the facility is very clean and secure!

I love how clean the property is, and the safety of the property is great! staff is very friendly. They appreciate the customers. with raffles to get free rent. they are open 7 days a week and has the longest hours in the area. I recommend this place. it’s only month 2 month. plenty of merchandise. I see why they are voted #1 8 yrs in a row! I recommend talking to Dave the manager.

From the moment of walking into the office, Ms. Cynthia,the young lady who helped my girlfriend and I, was very courtesy and professional. When we asked about the availability and sizes of their storage units, she immediately asked what sizes, and what amount of space we will need. After giving her our specifics on what we were going to store, she took us to view 2 of their bigger units so we can get a clear view of what we can choose from. She was explicit about the rules and regulations of using the lift, and storage units. Which I felt was the most important aspect of the facility. We selected the best unit for our needs, and the service was outstanding. Although, I only have one suggestion. When asked if there were any discounts offered, she asked if I was active duty military, and when I replied that I am a US Navy Veteran, she apologized and stated that the discounts were for active duty military. This in my opinion should also be a discount for veterans as well. Especially if they travel and would need a storage as well because I am a federal employee who travels quite a bit. Other than that. I think that the San Marcos Mini Storage company is a great place to get a storage unit when needed for any size storage unit you need. Great job and Thank you again Ms. Cynthia for outstanding service...
