Great new management team, extremely helpful and they go out of there way to make sure they take care of your needs. Most of all they are there on the grounds 24/7. Not like the so called big guy's such as, public storage or extra space storage, they do not care about you, the only thing that they care about is your monthly payments. My hat goes off to this great storage place.
I had to rent a Uhaul on a Sunday and with really short notice. Great that they were open on a Sunday first off and they processed me in/out with no issues. So much easier than trying to borrow a truck/van. I will definitely rent from them again. Very pleasant to deal with and accommodated my schedule. Thanks!
New manager but same results. I have waited several...10? times w/I the last year, often an hour or more with other angry patrons at dogotopia's parking lot next door waiting to return/rent a truck or access my unit with no luck The last 2 weeks have been the same Shortened hours due to personnel changes but that transition period is over according to their voice message Today I arrived at 10:05 am and the gate was closed. Called office, received the recorded message. Waited until 10:15 with no luck. They never did open a friend told me The personnel here cannot open the gate on time and cannot be prompted to do so. The last group always slept in late. Same situation again Frustrating to drive from afar and be denied service
Excellent customer service. Always extremely pleasant in person and over the phone. Specifically received help when trying to move from SD to SF and made the move the smoothest it could have gone. Storage unit stayed clean and easily accessible.
Cesar and Deb are the greatest. We have had a storage room for four months and the experience has been great. This is one of the only storage business that has all rooms on street level with easy access. The proptery is gated and locked every night...... I highly recommed "San Marco Public Storage" for short time or an extended stay like us.....
I have had a storage unit for about a year now give or take but honestly I definitely would refer anyone who's in need of a storage unit @ a good price, this is definitely the place.. Rates don't go up every 3 mnths & friendly people.
