This is one of the worse Marriott properties I stayed at before. The staff is really unprofessional. First, the club lounge is not available most of the time for elite members and you cannot go in to get a drink anytime throughout the day. The lounge is locked between breakfast hours to dinner hours. Then they make you sign in for breakfast or dinner and this lady working there is constantly watching you to see what you're taking and how much you're taking and making it a very uncomfortable experience. Second, the staff is very unprofessional. I got hung up on immediately. They don't call you back or following up after calling many times to fix a problem with billing after over a month. 3rd, the hotel is renovated but you can still see it's dated. I would not recommend this Marriott at all. There are better hotels in the area.
Rooms are clean and reasonably modern and up to date. The first room I was given had a noisy bathroom fan that couldn’t be turned off and kept me up all night. When I asked the front desk for a new room, they were apologetic and allocated me a new room right away. There is a great bar onsite. There are very few good options close by, so be prepared to drive out or take an Uber if you don’t want to eat at the cafe or restaurant.
It's not really an airport hotel and about $40 in Uber fees away from the airport. However it's one of the nicest Marriotts around with a great bar and a decent meeting bar. Huge size when compared to the average Marriott. Average rooms. Very clean.Rooms: 4/5
Like so many others, housekeeping "threw away" a bag with personal items like medicine and air pods to name a few in the bottom and they won't reimburse us. Actually called us liars. Wow. No microwave in the room what?, had to pay for wifiwho does that these days?? parking was expensive, and our room card did not work with the gate. Also, they randomly deactivated our room key after the first night we stayed 5 nights. Don't recommend at all.
Pretty close to the airport, reception staff is really helpful, room service sometimes take a very long time, rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. Gym is very small with barely anu equipment but pretty well maintained. Rooms: Clean, spacious and good view rooms. Walkability: Easy access to neerby offices, 7/11 and trader joes. Food & drinks: you can easily order whatever you want and it'll be delivered to the reception
Made a reservation weeks in advance and show up to check-in only to find that they have no rooms available. They could not explain how this happened however other colleagues traveling with were able to get their rooms. Very disappointing and I will never use this hotel again.Service: 1/5
I will never stay at this hotel again. I checked in after a long flight from the East Coast so, at 1030pm PT I was sound asleep, after all it was 1:30 am Eastern. To my surprised I am woken up by the phone in the room! The front desk person wanted to double check my first and last name…. At 10:30 PM RIGHT AFTER I had just checked in? Not being woken up from your sleep BY HOTEL STAFF is some of the most basic customer service you’d expect, yet somehow they managed to mess that up. What a disappointment.
Everything about this place is good. Rooms are big and clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good. Good space to chill in the lobby. Decent gym and pool. Rooms: Size is good, beds are comfy, washroom is clean. Has all essentials. Walkability: Traders Joe and 7/11 at walking distance.
I live in hotels full time for work. For a vacation, this would be a fine place, but to live in it's a no way for me. No laundry, tiny fridge, no microwaves in the rooms. Good things are the lounge on the 6th floor for breakfast and dinner.
Clean and comfy and spacious rooms. Snack bar closes early and can't buy food late at night. Bar closes late. They allow pets which i don't agree to. If you arrive late, it is hard to find parking. Pillows are too soft. Bed is comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
