I have lived here for almost 2 years and it's always been the same issue with the pool   it's always dirty to the EXTREME!!!! It's a disgrace to such a beautiful pool . The apartments here are super old.... It's an embarrassment!!!! Management is horrible! When I brought up the issue with the pool the manager started arguing with me instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. She kept on..... and on..... about how "THE POOL GETS CLEANED EVERYDAY" I'm for sure not looking forward to this summer due to SUCH DIRTY POOL! CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO BE OVER!!!!! I wonder if this even passes inspection! It's definitely Extremely unsanitized!!!

10/10 Experience. Christina and Brenda helped me find me finger my cousin into a place while going through a family crisis. Affordable rates, Great Customer Service and timely responses. The previous review of the pool is untrue I see this pool get cleaned everyday. The photos from the previous review must be old, I’ve experienced nothing but a clean pool and great experience. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Christina or Brenda!

Lived there for years and Brenda the “office manager” was beyond problematic and rude. She always had an attitude. Don’t bother here. Rates also went up drastically. Also, people smoke weed there with no consequences. You pay for private parking but when people park there, they do nothing about it. Run

We lived at this apartment complex for three years. First two year were awesome no complains. But after that it was a roller coaster. Upper management changed and there was no more professionalism at office. We had to leave apartment complex because  the apartment next to us were smoking weed  basically every day and all the smell would ventilate to our apartment. Office manager offered us another apartment but we weren’t interested we didn’t want to deal with her anymore. We took here several times to apartment and always said she couldn’t smell anything. We left before our contract and she still charged us for cancelling contract she didn’t want to work things out even if we had several years with them and never had a problem with us.  Update: There where no charges because they made us finish our lease agreement. We left on 09/23/2022 two months before lease agreement ended. We had to pay those two months of rent because management told us it was cheaper to do that than to cancel lease agreement. Our lease ended on November 2022 we had to pay those two months of rent without leaving inside apartment.

I moved to San Pedro when I first moved to the valley. I only ever had one issue with loud neighbors and that was resolved quickly thanks to management. I love that they are pet friendly and there was a sand volleyball court on the property. I enjoyed the 2 years I lived there.

The week of Thanksgiving 2022 we found mold in our restroom and closet that shared the wall with the restroom. The mold was caused by a leak from our bathtub. The leak was fixed the week after thanksgiving. In order to fix it they had to rip the closet’s carpet out and cut holes in the wall. Which is fine, but they never replaced the carpet or fixed the holes. We called multiple times about getting the closet fixed, but every single time they just gave us excuses on why they can’t. It’s April 2023 and we still can’t use our closet.

I visited a friend at this apts and I really loved the apartment complex, their pool is really clean and it seems like a very relax atmosphere and I would really liked to live in this apartments in the near future.

Absolutely would recommend this area to live in. The manager Brenda does a superb job for her tenants. She truly is passionate about her work and maintaining a positive environment for her tenants so they can call San Pedro their home. She goes above and beyond and does an exceptional job at leading her team. Her team is a representation of the type of leadership she has; hardworking and welcoming.

Parking was terrible only 30% of the cars in the complex had parking passes it was almost impossible to find parking near your unit after work. During the summer the pool was never cleaned I had friends over and they said they'd rather jump in the Rio grande. My air conditioning broke three times took over a week from to fix it had to buy a window unit just to get my bedroom under 80°. After they fixed it. Advise them that the toilet was leaking never got fixed. When I came home from working a week or two away the water out of the faucet smelled like strong sulfur had to run the faucets for 30 minutes before the smell would go away it would stink up the whole house. Other than that it was okay typical apartment living. There were a few other things but it's not worth mentioning

Have reported ac not working four times  now they come says everything good but never cools below 75 degrees at night and in the day 80 degrees just running up my light bill
