At StrikersInc our goal is to teach you to be the best Striker you can be. Our curriculum has it's foundation in Muay Thai and Western boxing. You will also learn useful techniques from Karate and Tae Kwon Do, as demonstrated useful in K-1 and MMA competitions. As you learn all the fundamental techniques, you will work off a ton of calories through this cardio-intensive curriculum and get into the best shape of your life! YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED. These small semi-private classes are designed to push your stamina and conditioning to their limits, while reinforcing proper form and technique.
