The Sand Soccer Academy was created to enhance the players game and bring them to new levels of fitness that only the beach can provide. Many of the worlds greatest players take to the sand when it is time to get match fit. While attending the Sand Soccer Academy you will not only achieve a new respect fro the conditioning aspect of the game as well as the beauty of the game while training in paradise.
TRAINERS: The trainers at the Sand Soccer Academy are of the highest caliber, coming from playing in Professional Beach Soccer Tournaments throughout SOuthern California. There knowledge and experience will be utilized the the fullest potential and passed on to every player attending.

-While running in the loose sand you are forced to use every muscle in your legs to power through each stride
-Training in the sand will also strengthen your ankles , thus making yourself less injury-prone on the field
-Training on the sand offers your cardiovascular aspect to be pushed to new heights , while keeping your heart-rate up at extreme levels that normal training can not offer you
-Where else can you take in the cool breeze of the ocean and have the sand between your toes while enjoying your passion of the game.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT EACH TRAINING:
-Extended periods of time running in loose sand/knee deep water
-Circuit training with High intensity in enforced
-Full body workouts and C.O.R.E work
-Basic rules of Beach Soccer
-2 hours of training in conditioning/fitness and 1 hour of free play scrimmage
