I was traveling from Michigan for a Cedar Point vacation with family. The place I wanted to work was only doing interviews the first day we were going to be in Sandusky. I called and they allowed me to have my interview from their sound recording studio. I'm grateful. I got the job!
Great help from staff , they’re patient and kind .
Love the service and the people are so nice!
Impressive building and kids collection.
There are no clear signs for the entrance from Columbus Ave. I almost missed it. The place itself is very nice. Clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and ready to help.
What a super library combining the old with new. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of free on street parking with a large free parking lot in the rear. Plenty of handicap parking and accessible entrance in the rear of building. Outside they offer a nicely landscaped reading garden with benches and for bike riders there's a large bike rack for parking. For a small town, this library has a big city feel and offerings. The people of Sandusky and the surrounding area should be proud to have such a wonderful library. It would be a well worth while visit if you never have, and a shame if you don't.
Very well managed. Noteworthy historical archives. The architecture alone makes it worth a visit; it's an auspicious Carnegie library that has been greatly expanded by joining with the legacy county jail in a very interesting way. Could benefit from longer hours.
They have the perfect toddler toys and a nice place for kids to make friends
I want to donated of two bags today: past books, DVDs, and several CDs. I lived alone, and wanted to give the Sandusky Library. Over age of 70 and big supporter of libraries in different parts of USA. I don’t find anything stated no donation at time or ?? . Now I may not be so support in future tax levy in Erie county, Ohio. Please something on your website. Thank you. Tim.
Great books and great staff. They have computers you can use for a reasonable amount of time and also they have a play room for little kids. Overall, really good library. :
