The Sandy is a gem just over a half hour drive from Portland. Enjoy it with respect.

We rented boats here for a bachelorette and everyone was SO nice! They went out of their way to make our experience absolutely wonderful and we had a blast!

coolest Hiking trails, camping Both overnight as well as weekends I campfire/cooking Ranges, getting Back to Bien g1 with Nature asia! Clear your head Breath exersize!

One of the best natural places in the area!

For anyone floating through Oxbow, watch out for a large log sticking out from the bank in a fast moving narrow section.  Looks to have taken out a few SUP's and kayaks.  GPS of hazard: 45.505190, -122.301621

Beautiful place. Lovely views

Very scenic and calming depends on where you are parked lots of traffic on both sides of the road especially after 5 p.m. no overnight parking from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. a few restaurants and bars along the way towards Larch Mountain places to stop to go fishing lots of places to pull over even for an RV the roads in very good condition except in a few spots
