Sanford Health West Fargo

I had to go to the walk in for a sore throat I was having. The receptionist was incredibly rude to me. Not only that but the doctor I saw said I would have to see my regular provider for something else I had a question about and walked out of the room and didn’t come back. It was a strange experience as I wasn’t even done asking a few questions I had. Since I wasn’t done I had to go down to a different receptionist for a note I needed for school. She was also incredibly rude to me and wasn’t helpful at all. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Sanford. Normally my other experiences were good but this time was bad. With this experience it doesn’t even make me want to go back in the future if I have another problem. Overall I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with some rude receptionist and a provider that completely blows you off.

Nurses are very friendly first experience with Dr. Meyers was not a great at all would not recommend my dog to him. On a better note switched to Dr. Belling and he was amazing and my daughter isn't fond of Drs but loved him. 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND Belling for your children.

Awesome, very caring staff. Detailed and very keen on listening to you and taking into consideration as to what patients say. Patients know themselves better than anybody else does and they understand this and help any way they can. Another facility that helps keep West Fargo the great community it is.

Unbelievably expensive, charges you extra for their doctor's incompetence, and incredibly long wait time. I've waited at least an hour almost everytime I had an OBGYN appointment.

Wife had an appointment, we drove 2 hours to get there and as she's checking in they called her and said that she needed to reschedule. I understand that doctor's can get overwhelmed, but to wait until the appointment time to call a patient to reschedule especially one who isn't from the area is unprofessional.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They were short 2 registars but they did great!

I have no complaints. So far my family and I have been dealt with nicely by the staff. Friendly. Clean. Etc. Very great and convenient location driving from our house.

Doctor Argall was my ob with my daughter and she is amazing. She will answers all your questions and she cares. The best! She is my ob with my other daughter I am happy with it.

Very short wait, the staff were very nice, and I was in and out in little to no time at all, which is great! Hopefully once the construction around the area finishes it will be easier to get in and out no problem.

Not helpful what so ever. They are a waste of money, and it's easier just to drive to Minneapolis where alina will figure out the problem cheaper and faster.
