Santana Funeral Services

Sorry I took long to write this review, when my wife Margarita had passed this past January. I'm still mourning for her. I want to say that Emmanuel and Jose they took great care of my wife. Both were very compassionate, patient and kind. They treated my Mother in law and my sister's in law with great respect. The night of the funeral and burial service was beautiful, I will never forget. May the Lord Bless em both. Thank you so much.

Funerales Santana has a great team and has helped my family in two occasions. Recently Emmanuel took care of the whole process for my father. Being bilingual allowed for us to be able to communicate, and express exactly how we wished for things to happen. He helped us to transport my father to Mexico as he had desired as well. Overall, allowed us to have one less thing to stress about, especially when a death happens unexpectedly.

We had a very positive experience with Funerales Santana. I would like to personally say that Emmanuel has shown my family and I compassion. He was very attentive, professional, courteous, and patient. I truly appreciate the warmth he provided for us in this difficult time of our lives! Our wishes were heard and met within every detail possible. I would definitely recommend Funerales Santana to family and friends ! Thank you Emmanuel & Funerales Santana for making this easy and stress free, I will forever be grateful.

With a heavy heart I write this review, as it was our first time going through a loss and did not know where to start. We had gone to a couple of the funeral homes to inquire about the process, a lot of the others places were very business transaction kind of way. Thankfully one of my brother's friend had recommended Santana Funeral. There we meet with Emmanuel, I can't begin to explain how helpful and supportive he was through the entire process from the moment we walked in the door to the moment the at home service took place, he was beyond sweet, supportive and helpful.

Emmanuel took care of business when my mother-in-law passed away last year. All the arrangements at the funeral and chosen commentary were taken care of. On the day of the funeral, he and his staff were very attentive to us and our guests. On the day of the burial, he was there throughout the entire service until she was buried. At the end of the day, everything turned out perfect, and can definitely say that he earned our trust and would consider using them again!

Emmanuel helped us and he was amazing very compassionate. We never had to experience this before and he explained everything answered all our weird questions and even went above and beyond to allow this process to be as painless as possible. Can’t really say I will be back or want to but if God calls on another family member Emmanuel and his staff will be the one to go with!

First day there, Emmanuel had great customer service but the day of the service Emmanuel wasn’t around. Instead, there was a rude older lady and Short man eating up snacks we brought, while giving everyone dirty looks. Slide show kept skipping, all pics didn’t show, pics were repeating. We asked to please have a copy of his fingerprint before being cremated and they give us SMuDGES! I wouldn’t recommend, this is not the place for a loved ones resting ceremony.

Emmanuel was so awesome along with Jose and Francisco. Anything I needed to ask Emmanuel was there. I was able to get through it with his help. The day of, Jose was also so supportive and understanding. I loved their supportive service.

We lost my grandmother this past week and it was very difficult to think about the details of a funeral or cremation. We dealt with Yara in Perris. Let me just say that Yara is a true angel on this earth. She made us feel at ease and helped us through the hardest thing you can do. Her kindness and compassion was so amazing. She is a true asset to the company and a blessing to those who are having to make difficult decisions. Thank you Yara.. We will always remember your kindness.

Tragically our 9 day old baby died very recently. Funerals Santana handled the services with compassion and empathy and helped us tremendously with our unique situation and needs. I can’t thank them enough.
