I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the Store Manager Jenn who does an amazing job with the upkeep location, very clean, friendly and pleasant. This has to be the cleanest storage facility in this area compared to most. Keep up the great work and wish more continued success.
Very easy and helpful process from start to finish. Received a call from Jen immediately regarding answering any questions I had regarding my reservation. She was extremely friendly and very very helpful when I arrived to my unit. She even came out to the unit with me to ensure I knew how to open and close the door. Thank you for a wonderful experience and to Jen for excellent customer service with a smile.
Experience so far has been outstanding. The Site Manager, Jen, went above and beyond to make the entire process of choosing the right unit and renting it go smoothly. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and an asset to this company. Her friendly attitude and follow through are what real customer service is about.
Jenn really helped me and made my move in and out very easy. I really appreciate her, and she should be recognized for all of her hard work. I had a great experience!
I really like this location in Wilton because I travel for work and I found I can store my things here and I never have to worry while I'm away from NY. Jen and Don are great-the customer service is fantastic and the facility is clean and well maintained. I like the fact that they have a good security system in place so the whole property has a nice vibe to it. If I need ANYTHING, like moving supplies or an indestructible lock Jen and Don are right there to provide it conveniently, so I'm sticking with this location when I head out for my work/travel.
The easiest experience l've ever had at a storage unit. I forgot my key and Jen was so incredibly helpful. Within 10 minutes everything was figured out and I was on my way. MAJOR shoutout to Jen thank you so much!!! Customer service was amazing.
Store manager Jenn was absolutely amazing! She made the entire experience effortless. Jenn provided exceptional customer service! Not to mention the location is so convenient and pricing is very reasonable. I Totally recommend extra space storage in Saratoga Springs.
The facility is clean and well-managed. The most positive thing about this location is Jenn Hyde store manager, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Most people who run self storage places tend to be uninterested and tend to treat customers with a certain amount of disdain. Ms. Hyde is the the opposite of that. She is very professional and always exudes a positive attitude. She seems like a very hard worker and comes across as a highly dedicated employee.
Got a storage unit today and the process was made very easy and enjoyable. She was very quick with helping us and very nice overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and easy place for storage!
Glad we took the time to stop here and get a rental unit. Store manager Jenn was so friendly and helpful!! Units were clean and just what we needed in a crunch. Would certainly recommend.
