Love the food here at Sardi’s! I usually get half a chicken with two sides. The chicken is always fresh and smells and tastes great! Theres also a good option of sides to choose from along with their sauces. They did get my sides wrong a few times which is little disappointing but the quality of food makes up for it i guess!Food: 4/5
For a chicken place, the inside smells like dirty mop water. I suggest checking food before leaving. Otherwise, strong chance your order will be wrong. I’ve ordered take out from several locations and this experience was unacceptable. Food: 2/5
Worst Sardi’s I’ve ever been to. I made the mistake of stopping here and the food is disgusting. The chicken is tasteless, the rice is mushy and the sauces are warm. Sardi’s needs to implement better quality control immediately. I just checked my salsa verde and it’s EXPIRED. I will be returning to this location promptly to discuss with management.
One star for customer service, five stars for the food. I ordered the 3 dark meat with sides. The Yuca fries were perfectly fried. It's not dry at all. I also recommend the brussel sprouts. The only reason I give them a three stars is because the cashier kept pressuring me to get a fountain drink when I clearly told him that I just want a cup for water. Then he kept asking me whether I want a fountain drink. After I told him several times, his coworker got me a water cup. Then he got really mad at her and start speaking Spanish. Don't treat your customers like they are stupid.

My family usually order Sardis pretty often and we haven’t had any issues in the past. BUT, today was terrible!!! The rice was so mushy and salty. The chicken looked dry and not fresh at all. We ordered the family special and I’m so disappointed because dinner is now ruined. Looks like we were served days old food. Disgusting.
Today, the server really listened to my request, without appearing to have an issue. Thus, my chicken platter, was just as I requested. The meal was freshly made, hot, tasty......gd serving size, all for a reasonable price. Lunch for just under $11, it was worth it. Thank you Sir, Papi Chulo...... service with a smile, excellent ‼ With this level of professionalism, I'll be a returning customer, for sure
I’ve been ordering here for a few years now. Chicken is a little salty and they got rid of the spinach :- but overall consistently good food with family size portions. With inflation a little bit less for your money. In-door dining is spacious and usually clean.
