Went to buy my sub for lunch and I asked for avocado and the lady so rude said avocado is extra. I said ok and she proceeded to explain how the avocado was so expensive now and how people want everything free. Terrible service if you can go somewhere else please do.
Um there was a cockroach on the inside of the sneezeguard/glass and we pointed it out so the employee got a napkin and grabbed the cockroach and squished it and threw it away infront of my mom, sister and me...Yeah we don't really wanna come back here any more after witnessing that grossness.Mostly because none of the employees seemed bothered by the cockroach being close enough to fall into food.They just kind of ignored my mom's complaints about it being gross.
I visited this place today Thursday 16 of July 9:00 pm and I saw a lot fly on the food ... And also the higien is horrible.... Please the county have to make something with this places . Cause the people can will be sick.... Have to be more clean area and also clean hers hands frequently..... The Sr touch a nasty towel and after touch my food . Please be careful
Made an order for delivery thru the website, never got my food, and they refused to give me a refund, dont bother with this place they are no good.
It would be cool if they had a Subway rewards card that people could scan to get a free cookie after X purchases. Everytime you pay, you'd get asked if you have a rewards card. I think that would be dope.
I came in to the store with the intention of using a coupon from the new text messaging offers. The offer was to buy the 32 oz soda and receive a free 6 inch sub. When I got to the register, I told the cashier named BHAGAWOTI, that I have this a coupon; she grabbed my phone told me that I was supposed to show it to her before she started making the sandwich. She pressed the confirm and redeem button on the screen and told me to wait until it got to 0, when it was time for me to pay the offer had said that it was no longer valid and she told me that she could not give me the offer because it said it was no longer valid and it would be going against the law of the store when SHE HERSELF had pressed the redeem button. I myself am a cashier, therefore I am aware that a cashier should never grab a customers phone isn't this already going against the stores law? also, she kept saying that the coupon wasn't valid until the time hit 0, but I know for a fact that the coupon is valid until it hits 0 because it would then be expired. I ended up having to pay full price for a poorly made sub, I'm very disappointed with my experience today at this location and I will not be a returning customer. DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

Employees not wearing masks correctly while preparing food. Slow service. Multiple times there they forgot items or lacked the inventory for the order.
The place is good is located great ..but the employed that work there is not friendly and They do not know how to treat people... I think the owner should do something about it....... That was my personal experience. ...I am a frequent customer of this chain of restaurants and they treated me very well except there.
