Home of "Porky Loves Mac & Cheese Sandwich" This sandwich is a grilled mac & cheese with bbq pulled pork or apple wood smoked bacon. Last year we had sold over 4500 sandwiches at the shows or festivals that we attend. A list of our show are on our web site which is www.sarges1concessions.com . We also have one of the best walking tacos or taco salads, depends on which ones you like. Our taco meat is 80/20 which adds great flavor to the meat. Our Bbq pulled pork with apple wood smoked bacon and coleslaw is outstanding. We also serve Chicken Paprikash and home made potato soup depends on what show we are doing that weekend. I am a retired army veteran (30 years of service) and run neat, clean trailer with a courteous staff. We are members of OFEA, GOSA, and IISA. We also serve on the committee for the Avon Duck Tape Festival.
