This was my first visit & I was terrified after reading the reviews. The receptionist was as nice as could be. I loved Bennett & her nurse. The office & rooms were clean. I didn't have but maybe a 5 minute wait, if that. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better visit.
Alway very polite and nice. If they are not busy the wait is very short. But if they are packed it takes longer. And same as the Troy ER, that’s just normal business and common sense. ! Great facility and all the doctors PA’s and nurses do a great job.
Urgent care is horrible. Waiting 7 hours for meds to be sent to cvs. They will not answer my calls for the nurse to help out no answer. I’m over this my daughter is hurting and can’t even get her meds because they will not answer
I use Dr. Walters. I really like him. My elderly parents both loved Dr. Bish and went to her for 20 years. She was great with them. Wait is usually not very long.
Dr. Runyon is absolutely wonderful, and he deserves 5 stars. Sadly, the rest of the facility seems to be the problem. The nurses never call back, the staff is anything but helpful, and even in emergency situations, they refuse to help patients. The doctors I have seen- again, especially Dr. Runyon- are amazing, but the nurses and staff are ruining the place.
Started seeing M Bennett for primary care, and I am very impressed with her and the entire staff. Very kind and thorough, and all the staff takes time to make sure your comfortable and actually heard. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
I was VERY SICK waited too long went to the, Urgent Care, was seen by a caring & knowledgeable Staff & Physician... I recommend this Healthcare Facility to everyone.
I went to urgent care. I saw Dr Bish. I hope I never have to see her in urgent care again. I'm not sure why she is at the establishment her and Dr Walters are the absolute worst!! Nurse Practitioner Downing, Carol Morrison and Jeff Edgington and Dr Runyon are the ones keeping them in business. They all deserve a million stars hands down. But DR Bish and Walters are horrible!!
Took my grandson to see Dr. Wade for his 5 yr check up. Dr. Wade and his entire staff are absolutely Superb! They take time to answer any questions you may have and don't try rushing you out the door. They go above and beyond in all they do! I highly recommend Dr. Wade and his staff!!!
Unfortunately, Dr. Walters in Urgent Care is an incompetent physician who prescribed Tamiflu to me and my daughter after a negative flu test. He may simply be that ignorant, or it may be that he was too busy being condescending and patronizing to even read our lab results properly. Either way, it was such a bad experience that I will no longer be taking any of my family to SARHA for any medical care.
