"We specialize in European style breads, croissants, Danish pastry, cookies and puff pastry appetizers. In the café we serve quiche, soups, salads, sandwiches and pizza. Everything is made in-house. We produce food that is simply delicious using the least adulterated and/or least processed ingredients we can obtain, preferable locally grown and sourced. You can taste the difference! Recently we we're judged to be the third best bakery in Michigan!"
