The service was that of a shoe store from long ago. The lady measured my foot, put the shoes on my feet with the use of a shoe horn.Exceptional service. Kind, caring and very knowledgeable of the merchandise.I was visiting from out of state but return often and will definitely be returning. Customer service of the highest level.
Horrible experience! My mother and I walked in looking for shoes for my mom. The lady followed us and watched our every move. She about had a conniption when I tried to grab a box of shoes for my mom to try on, insisting that we couldn’t touch anything but had to ask her for help. Then when my mom inquired about a pair of shoes, the lady said “those are 300$”, so as to say we couldn’t afford them. Stating a price would have been fine IF we asked. She was very abrasive with us and unfriendly. As we were leaving, a group of white women walked in and the sales lady was very friendly with them and gave them a very friendly and professional greeting…a greeting far different than what we received. We left feeling profiled and disgusted with how we were treated.
When my mother and I entered the store we were followed around the store by the most unfriendly woman. When my mom asked for help, stating what she was looking for, the lady told her that “well that will be very hard to find” and continued to watch us, not trying to help at all. When my mom ended up finding a shoe she liked, the lady asked if she knew how much it cost $180 when we did not ask, implying that she could not afford it. The shoes were purchased, but we feel repulsed & profiled with the treatment and are disappointed with this establishment. This is not the way to do business. If you come here, be wary.
My wife went there with every intention of buying a pair of shoes and ordering a pair of boots since they did not have them in store. After 5 minutes with the woman running the store, she dis not want anything to do with SAS shoes at all. Really, it was like we were not worthy to be her customers. Years ago I was a customer of this store and it was not this way.
Love their shoes, many new styles. Superior sales staff. Unfortunately the Mall will not keep restrooms open and interrupted our shopping.
One of the best comfortable shoes. However, I hope that they will have a modern design soon.
I have worn SAS shoes for over 20 years. They have made a huge difference in my back pain. This shop has been great to deal with.
They have a great selection of American made shoes.
Fairly aggressive sales people and don't expect to get outlet pricing.
