Decent selection but phenomenal staff and service, especially from their fearless manager Ashley! She has gone out of her way to help me as a customer on multiple visits including while unfortunately working solo on a busy day post-Christmas, and it's this customer service that keeps me and my family coming back to this particular location despite our frequent travels to other states. Keep it up Ashley and team!

Incredible service and wonderful staff. I may be biased because I worked there before I moved, but Manni the manager created such a healthy and welcoming work environment not only for staff but for customers too! If there’s any place you’d want to buy shoes from, it’s this Clark’s location!

The store has a decent selection and organized. I was disappointed in their sale of 2 for $89. You can find better deals on single pairs of shoes at local competitors and on Amazon. I will say the staff were very happy and helpful.

Went to return flip flops not worn for another brand as it was the wrong size and color 2 days after Christmas. There was no receipt but tag was still on and in original condition. The store clerk would not even do an exchange. for an

2 high quality wedges the price of $99. The lady who helped me was so sweet and patient. Will be back.

Don’t let them order from the factory for you if you’re in a rush. I ordered online and paid for 2 day shipping and got the wrong size so I brought it into the outlet and they told me they could order for me from the factory with free 2 day shipping. A day later I see my tracking number and it says it will be delivered in at least a week. The head of the outlet told me it was because of the holidays. I called UPS to ask if this is because of the holidays but they told me no, that the store did not pay for 2 day shipping at all. Instead they paid for the cheapest option, Surepost, which hands the package off to the post office which adds an additional 2 days to what’s already a slow shipment. Either the man at the outlet outright lied to me about the company doing 2 day shipping for free most likely or the company has decided to cheap out on me specifically, because as far as UPS goes, they could have had it delivered in 2 days if they had been paid for that.

Employee checking out my wife very rude. My wife received a gift card with no dollar amount on it and told cashier it was $50 but wanted her to check to be sure since she has had the gift card for a while. Cashier could not do it and became extremely rude to my wife. Told my wife the amount should have been written on gift card. My wife spends a lot of money at this location but this will certainly be our last visit.

They were having a big sale. The store clerks greeted us and advised us of the sale. They kept checking on us to make sure we found everything ok. Check out was quick and easy.
