This crew was absolutely amazing. After shopping all afternoon with my teenage daughter who couldn't find anything she liked. We found the store and my daughter ended up spending over $200 in merchandise. We then woke up the next morning from the hotel came back and bought another couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. Amazing people inside dedicated to trying to make sure you get the right gear at the right price would highly recommend for anyone looking for cool merchandise

I’ve always looked forward to stopping in at this store on my annual trip to Florida. I purchase at least 4 pair every year. Similar excitement as stopping at South of the Border as a young kid. This store is starting to fall apart. Absolutely no one , not one person in the store offered to help me. The stock was primarily limited to high top / lace up styles with a few slip ons. The floors were dirty, and in general the entire store needs a good scrubbing. Three stars is being generous in this review . I will avoid this store , and shop on line in the future.

I need new shoes and dang it I spent too much again every time I go to a vans outlet..but I left with 3 for me and 1 for the wife ..love vans

Very helpful service wide selection of shoes and sizes.

Customer service and management were exceptional. Staff was very helpful with finding proper shoe size and available shoes for my kidd. Front desk was willing to help resolve gift card issues. Overall experience was outstanding and one of the best costumer services we have experienced in retail.

Buyer beware. The prices are regular retail and not outlet prices or bottom prices. Some better sales might be online. Has regular sales, lots of friendly staff. Still got 4 pairs of shoes at $150, so not a real bargain.

Aside from being packed like sardines the place is tight. Pun intended...

Definitely impressed with my first Vans purchase. Actually all 5 of us went home with a new pair of shoes. Absolutely amazing being able to satisfy 2 adults and 3 children in one shoe store. No problem finding our sizes and no issues finding a store associate if we needed assistance. We even purchased some laces and the associate was kind enough to lace the shoes. I highly recommend going to Van's at the St. Augustine Outlet Mall even if you are there to experience great customer service.

I got some great deals at this store! What I went in for they didn't have, but I left with an amazing backpack and hoodie just because it was a good deal and I couldn't pass it up!

I always have such an amazing experience at this store. The staff is always unbelievably helpful and friendly. Prices are great. Sydney and Grace helped me at my last visit. Will be returning again
