My name is Savannah and my hope is that this page pushes you to be inspired, healthy, and your best self. I am a real person on a very real journey to being home with my kids, while having something for myself that allows me a passion that contributes financially. I want my kids to know the power of work ethic, but know their parents as well. I want them to be healthy, and kind, and strong both physically and emotionally, and I get to provide that by being with them. I worked in the corporate world for way to many years, and I will never go back to sneaky politics, dirty games, and long hours away from my family. I'm in better shape than before babies, and I am surrounded by the best fellow coaches and teammates a girl could ask for. I hope to shed light on the coaching opportunity, only if its for you. Only if you have a burning desire to live life to the fullest, and not have to answer to the big man in a sky high office. Only if you want to get fit and help people along the way. Only if you want to be the absolute best version of yourself while meeting the coolest people ever. I want to shed light on getting healthy and how easy it is to do from home in 30 minutes a day. I want to shed light on the power of a jam packed super food shake that can change your world. And I want to do all of this with a smile on my face and showing you all how its done.
