We've had excellent experiences at Scan Design Furniture! We purchased 3 items, and we are extremely happy with the staff and the furniture. Peter and Noah are professional and helpful. They didn't hesitate to replace the glass table top with another that my wife liked more. Highly recommend !!! Great customer service and quality furniture.

My wife and I have purchased quite a lot of furniture here over the past few years. Their in-store sales staff are friendly and reasonably competent. However, there the good news ends. They are, seemingly, incapable of any post sale, proactive, customer service or communications. In every case we’ve bought furniture, which takes time weeks to months to be delivered from the manufacturers often in Europe, there has *never* been a follow up phone call, email, text, or anything else to keep us informed of the status. We have to set our own reminders to call them every few weeks, and then there is a good chance you’ll get a friendly associate, who does not speak English as their first language, who will be unable to look your order up in the system and provide definitive information about delivery dates. In this one regard accurate order status and expectations, Scan Design is the most frustrating retailer I’ve ever dealt with.

We bought a set leather motorized couch and chair. From the Lynwood washington location. They were suppose to be ok on carpet. But after a month the couch had sunk into the carpet. Turns out the legs were not right for carpet. We contacted the owner and he rectified the situation by ordering the right set with the right legs. It took a long time because like everyone else there is a shortage of stock. These are Imported from Italy so we completely understand. We want to thank the owner for helping us rectify the issue. Thank You!

We just got our new sideboard delivered and I am so happy! The Sales staff at the store was great - never pushy but super helpful while still allowing us to browse freely. We bought a Skovby sideboard and were told 6-8 weeks. I did have to follow up after 8 weeks but got a super prompt reply and explanation for why it was late supply chain issues, which shouldn’t surprise anyone in this day and age. Scheduling the delivery was a breeze and the guys who delivered were so nice and did a great job. Overall we are really pleased with our experience and will likely shop there again!

Great place to see the furniture, but the last time I went there to order a dining table which would have been back ordered by 3 months, there was no follow up from the sales rep, the price wasn't competitive. I ended up getting the table delivered from a store in Wisconsin that mashed the entire order and delivery+setup at a 15% discount!

The other reviews and this store's low rating seem accurate to me. The store doesn't want to try so I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business. At most I'd say go to the physical store to look at something in person as they do have many display models. However, since this store doesn't follow up on sales inquiries I ended up purchasing elsewhere.

I was shopping for a few unique bar stools. They had a wide variety of styles but only a few stools above the 29"-30" seat height. The prices were not cheap but the furniture quality was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The find is the clearance room in the back! I will return periodically to find deals there.

We ordered a couch and ottoman in February. We were promised to have it delivered to us in 4-6 weeks. They kept pushing delivery further and further. Today is October 28, still don’t have the couch delivered. It was over $5000 purchase, was hoping it would be delivered as promised. It has been 8 months already. So, cannot comment on quality or looks yet.

My wife and I went to Scan Design looking for some furniture for our new house. We liked what we saw and the sales people Noah were very helpful and not pushy. We bought a sofa, dinning table and chairs, server and a china hutch and some bar stools. It took a while to get everything together we are still waiting for our bar stools but we understand, supply chain issues. And it was ok anyways because our house was no finished yet. Noah setup our delivery, we moved out of state, the delivery was on time and with good communication. No damage to any of our pieces, we are very happy with our purchase. The furniture looks great in our new house, and the quality is also very good. We would recommend anybody looking for new , quality furniture to go to Scan Design. I'm glad we did.
