Schaumburg Public Library

Schaumburg Library sponsors these amazing free concerts at the town square in front of the library every Monday night during the summer. Last night was the first of the season and the band didn’t disappoint. “Brass from the Past” band had 15 members full brass ensemble and played hits from the 60’s thru the 90’s. They played nonstop from 6:30pm-8:15pm with no breaks. It was so much fun. Great entertainment and a fun way to start the weeks during the summer months!

It is a huge library with plenty of books and services. I didn't find extra friendly librarians and clubs for my interests. I miss precovid book sales too. Since most of the services are free, i cannot complain too much.

This is a great place to work, study or just relax in your spare time. There is a large selection of books, and a very beautiful and huge children's area. Love to stay here.

great place to study very spacious. sometimes they have events ,today they comic con :] lots to offer from books, movies, games and even equipments . bathrooms are somthing i always check out because i like to be comfortable and this place set the expectation. it was clean n stall was private. it even had a shelf inside for your bag

Everytime I come to my library, my experience is always top notch. With the new construction underway, I hope for an even better time. Keep being awesome and let's have a big party for the time capsule soon!!

So neat and clean. Offers everything! I went to get pages copied only ten cents each. Great new books to read too!

Schaumburg library employees have cooperated so well in helding the Islamic Society of Midwest Ramadan event for kids. The program so was much creative with a lot of fun activities for kids. Schaumburg township district library is the best place to have fun and attend such amazing events for kids.

Love this place, it’s huge, big variety of places to go studying area, kids area, adults area they even have little cafe where you can sit eat and do your work, have vending machine with coffee and snacks, have little sink, the restrooms are soo modern and adjusted to disabled people. I live nearby and will be frequent visitor for sure !!!

Library is very good . Lot of kids space . My kids enjoy there every time when I take them. Good collection of books .

Libraries are supposed to have areas of absolute silence for those that need to focus and work. This is the most noisiest library ever even on the 2nd floor which is meant for quiet study. About 5 years ago, it was a nice, quiet place to work. However, now sometimes the librarians themselves are the loudest ones talking. Not only that, but they have events on the second floor which can get extremely loud.
