I was so pleased with our experience with Schoedinger Nortweat-. All of the staff were so kind and considerate throughout the entire funeral process. This is my 3rd experience with Schoedinger in the last 2-1/2 yrs. I have never been disappointed with their compassion & professionalism. They were supportive & helpful in any way that was beneficial to me. I couldn’t have asked for more from all of the Schoedinger staff. The staff definitely managed to help me thru my pain.
Being told by our veterinarian that we could have our animal cremated and returned within a week or two as per Schoedinger’s lead we were looking forward to that timing. A week after his death, Schoedinger now informs us it will be 4-5 weeks. In that conversation, there was no concern and it was all business. And at the end asked for payment - that had already been made. Such a poor way to run a business especially when you are dealing with people at their most vulnerable times. I will have nothing more to do with this company! Pathetic
I am extremely pleased with the care of Schoedinger as they walked us through a very difficult time. They were always helpful and answered all our questions as we made plans for our loved one. Tim, Ashley, Brad, and Penny were just a few of the people that helped us. The services were beautiful. Thank you for your care of our family.
Schoedinger was great to work with when planning my Uncle's funeral. They easily accommodated all our needs. We had a very nice service for him and would recommend Schoedinger Northwest to anyone.
I was very satisfied with having my funeral service in Schoedinger Northwest. Here I need to thank Funeral Director Nikki, and Brad as well as Ashely. If next time I pass away again, I would do my second funeral service here again! And I hope for my next funeral service, the TV screen can be bigger, and lower, to let my movie be more vivid and clear.
Schoedinger provided excellent funeral services for us many years ago. Recently, we required some documentation from Schoedinger due to an estate issue. Although it had been years since our contact with them, they provided prompt, courteous service. Highly recommend!
A 5 star experience ....Because of the care and support from Schoedinger Funeral Home, I was able to take care of my brothers sudden death with confidence and comfort for my family. The staff was ....and is ,very knowledgeable . The staff supported my decisions and offered ideas for those decisions. The Schoedinger staff treated me like I was a part of their family... still reaching out to offer support ,months after my loss. They made a terrible life event much easier to cope with.... Schoedinger went above and beyond my expectations!!
Our father passed in January 2009. Per some lifelong friends’ recommendations, Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service was chosen to handle his funeral arrangements. Our mother was very pleased with Schoedinger’s services, prices, and staff. Later in 2009, she decided to be proactive and work with Schoedinger to pre-pay for her funeral arrangements so her family would not have this task in a time of sorrow. I accompanied her when she completed these arrangements. This process was conducted with professional, friendly, straightforward, & understandable communication. Plenty of time was provided to answer her questions and respond to her concerns. We walked out feeling accomplished and satisfied. In July 2020, our mother passed. Working with Schoedinger to execute her arrangements could not have been easier, smoother, nor better, especially with pandemic impacts. Everything transport, paperwork, obituary, funeral services, & emotional support was conducted with professional, thorough, kindness and caring in a clean and pleasing environment. Based on my experiences, I recommend Schoedinger for funeral and cremation services.
Erika and the staff at Schoedinger went out of their way to make us feel cared for. They took care of my Mom like they would take care of theirs. They were professional, compassionate and competent. They made everything just a little bit easier at a very difficult time. I highly recommend their services.
