The Marion, Ohio store has a large selection of shoes for women, men and children. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Lindsey helped me find shoes which I am very satisfied with. She was wonderful. There are many popular brands and styles of shoes, socks, accessories to chose from. I'm happy the store is located near to me too.
Do not dare go in if you aren’t dressed up as you will not get service. Waited 15 minutes at the front of the store to try to get the sales staff to help. Eventually one of the young ladies put down her potato chips and went to look for the shoes I wanted in my size. Unfortunately, they did not have my size but they also did not ask what I was looking for, or offer other options. She just sneered at me and disappeared in the back. Meanwhile, another associated was giving superior help to an older lady nearby and completely ignoring me. I was hoping for a “treat” for myself and ended up in tears and without any special shoes for an upcoming event. Guess I should not have combined shoe shopping with a trip to Lowe’s. I will not be back. My visit was at about 11:00 on 6/19/23.
Excellent service and fair prices but it is a local smaller store so the selection is a little more limited.
I had real problems with my feet, walked in and Bailaigh walked right up and straight away was professional and knowledgeable. she asked another person a question and she jumped in, explanned my problem, and brought even more differant products that had me walking much better, and a week later my problems have almost completely gone away as they predicted. Later i found out it was the owner and she actually picked out a less expensive shoe for me, because it was better to solve my problem. Wow. How often does that happen. Great store, Great people. Thanks, I"ll be back. Allen.
Prices are decent and the selection is great. There are shoes for everyone and in tons of brands. The staff is very helpful!
Customer service and inventory are stellar. Pricing is a bit higher than most but I’ll pay it knowing I have the boot or shoe I want/need than wasting my time driving all over the area or ordering something of the internet that doesn’t fit. Very friendly and accommodating.
The staff is very knowledgeable. And went out of the way to find me, a deal on the pair I was looking for. I am very. Happy I went there I will go back
Many shoes, and many hard to find sizes. The assistant was very helpful and very thoughtful. Prices were good, plenty of room to sit down.
Michael was extremely helpful. Did not rush us, and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.
Associate was incredibly patient while assisting my unique fitting needs for new running & walking shoes. Rare that I purchase 2 pair at the same time & from different manufacturers.
