Scott was born in 1982 at March Airforce Base, and raised in Southern California. A few years after moving to Texas for work, he lost his left arm and most of his right leg in a severe oilfield accident. During the 3 months of recovery, his nurse would bring him pictures of art while he was relearning to write with his right hand.
From 2005-2010 Scott attended University of Texas San Antonio, majoring in Management Science. While obtaining his business degree, he took multiple art classes to break up the mundane curriculum. Though shaky in the first drawing class, he quickly gained praise from his art teachers.
After graduating with a degree in business, Scott realized that his life was not to be tied down to a cubicle. Instead, he decided to combine his passions for riding his Harley FatBoy, and expressing the biker lifestyle through art.
Scott grew up reading Easy Rider Magazine and had always admired the artwork of David Mann, one of the most respected artists in the motorcycle community.
Today, his influences are Harley licensed artists such as David Uhl and Scott Jacobs. Though Scott appreciates surrealism, the styles he prefers to paint are realism and Impressionism, portraying the free spirited lifestyle of a motorcycle rider.
