I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. I am very disappointed to see 4.7 average but it wasn’t a 4.7 at all. 1. The only this that was good, was the hygienist who did my cleaning. The rest of services was very bad an very disappointing. 2. I have paid and ordered a night guard 10 days ago and not that only hasn’t been ready, also no one called me with an update! So I called and wanted to get updates, I was told that we will call you back when do a follow up. No one calls me back. 3. Two days later I called back to follow up, and of course frustrated and upset because no one is giving me any updates or returning the calls they promised they would, they were unresponsive on the phone and acted like I am bothering them by calling and following up on the matter. 4. I also did not like the dentist. When after cleaning he came to look at my teeth and talk to me regarding what the plan will be, he gave me a feeling that I am not a serious and important patient. I am not sure if I could explain it well, but it looks like they care about some certain patients. I was sure that I’ll only go back for cleaning, but after talk with the front, and how they treated me I’ll definitely cancel my cleaning appointment.
Friendly staff from the moment you walk in! Everyone was great and my appointment for x-rays, cleaning and exam were seamless. I have to say it's been the best dental visit I've had in years. You won't be disappointed. They will take good care of you and treat you like family :
From the front desk to the chair, this office has amazing staff. I cannot say enough about the group of people in this office. When you trust your family to a medical profession for your care it is nice to be treated as one of the family, and that is what Scottsdale Family Dentistry does. They take time for you, they put the family in Scottsdale Dentistry. Thank you all for the care of my family.

Everyone was super nice and very professional, they do truly treat you like family. From the front desk all the way to the DR. Everyone was fabulous and sweet! They were also super fast about getting me an appointment and treatment plan!
We found this dentist and his staff to be awful. This office did a horrible job with my child’s braces they caused more harm and pain than needed as they do not have the knowledge or skill to correctly create and execute an orthodontic plan. The office staff is rude and does not follow through with what they say. Will tell you something one day and deny saying it the next. Finally, do to a mistake on the office’s part which caused additional billing’s to us the office refused to address the issue or discuss a potential resolution. If asked we would not recommend this dentist to anyone and would strongly suggest anyone else. Just an example of how they act when I informed them I would be leaving a negative review they said “you can put it in the news paper for all I care”. Does that scream we will take care of you?
What a wonderful experience. I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile due to COVID and with a recent move to the Phoenix area. Took a chance as their clinic is nearby my house and it had solid reviews. From the front desk, my RDH and the dentist I had a professional, not pushy and all around good time. They were able to clean up my teeth and get me back on track. Look forward to continuing my dental care with them for as long as we're in the area. Thankful they offer a family plan and discounts for those who dont have dental insurance, like us. My husband is already set up to see them next!
They worked me in with a tooth ache on Thursday and I’m flying out of state on Tuesday of next week. After an exam Dr. Brown did a root canal and for a missing tooth he put in the post for an implant and I left his office 2 1/2 hour later to go have dinner at a buffet at which I made a good showing. Over the years some 78 I have had a few or so Dentists try their handy work in my mouth and I will say this Dr Brown is at the top of my list and probably will be my go to guy for at least ………..or until my big day comes. And yes to Dr Brown and his staff I’m already talking a lot of good things about you and you will be seeing more of me Thanks and Thanks Delbert Lewis
Prompt pleasant arrival and greeting Warm and friendly office staff Sam was my hygienist and she was thorough and very attentive to my comfort level. Dr Brown terrific ! Had some sensitivity on my crown and he took two minutes to fix it. My annual membership for my entire family is $199 plus $20 for cleaning and I was out the door for $219. Love this place. Highly recommend
First appointment with this Dentist office and very pleased with them. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
