The Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children fosters excellence in Deaf Education through a wide range of high-quality services in our academic, residential and related programs. We believe in an all-inclusive communication environment that promotes social, physical and emotional skills in our deaf and hard-of-hearing students, who range from 3-21 years in age.
The Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children is a program of the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf.
We prepare each deaf and hard of hearing student for all aspects of life through a continuum of high-quality, individualized education and extracurricular programs. We are an active partner and resource for our community.
