When I was a little boy, my mother would make homemade bread. If she had some dough left over, she would roll it out and place it on a cookie sheet, topping it with olive oil, garlic, oregano, tomatoes, cheese and anchovies -my dads favorite. Soon the kitchenwould be filled with the aroma of fresh baked pizza. The year was 1951, and my love affair with pizza making began. That was 6 years before any pizza restaurant was in Waukesha. Over the years I have been making pizza for my family and friends every Friday night, and with their encouragement I now present to you an outstanding pizza in the Scrima family tradition. We do pizza right! Mangia! Mangia! Buon Appetito!
