I would leave 0 stars if possible. Considering my husbands phone won’t work to write his own review I will leave on of my own. He got his screen replaced due to cracks for $80 as well as bought a new case for $20+ from this store and in less than 24 hrs his screen is flashing and nothing can be seen on his phone. He went back up to the store where they claimed it was “physical damage”, yet his phone was not dropped one time since then. They refuse a refund to fix the screen without additional charge. I would advise visiting the new store in the mall for $20 more if you need your screen replaced.

Just an overall bad experience. Replaced my buddies screen and within moment the screen was no longer working. When he showed back up to see about another replacement or a refund he was told the phone had physical damage which is the furthest thing from the truth being he had the phone inside of a case that he also purchased from there. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Period.

The guys were so pleasant and willing to help me. I dropped my phone and they replaced the screen. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.

We just love Mr. Bruce. He's been a trusted wireless network and accessory provider for 20+ yrs. Well known in our town he's dependable and reliable when it comes to any type of cellphone issue,carrier/network issues, sales,services.

Scam artists. They sell you overpriced devices with hidden damage. There was some internal hardware damage to my husband’s Note 5 when it was sold to him. His pen would register when taken out, but he couldn’t use it for its intended purpose. His screen turned purple twice while on the charger. The person they have fixing the devices will fix one problem but cause another. I assume they’re using cheap parts but charging a high price to fix THEIR PROBLEMS. Of course they would have a sign that says NO REFUNDS because they are scammers. Do not purchase a phone here.

My phone was cracked from being dropped and screen had frozen. Verizon told me they couldn't put my chip in my other temporary phone and that I had to add two more lines at $215 a month to have the phone fixed since I didn't have insurance; totaling over $2,000 for one year. I went to SE Wireless, they put my chip in my temporary phone, fixed my phone, and I saved $1,800. AWESOME SERVICE!!

All needs met great place

Paid $260 for a new screen and can barely hear out my speaker. took it back twice they kept it 2 weeks and still didnt fix it

Great place knowledgeable staff does a great job
