Besides the fact that for me Seabrook lives up to it's slogan "like living at a resort" in regards to the grounds, landscaping and amenities; what I appreciate the Most about living here are The Staff. In nearly 6 months of residency to date, any and all minor issues we've had with our apartment's utilities ie., bathroom fan, air/ventfilters have always been addressed and remedied in short order to our satisfaction. Just the other day my gf said that the air conditioning smelled dusty and dirty and put in a maintenence call. She received a response within about 30 minutes or so, and Fred was able to pop in and replace the air filter easy as pie. Just tonight she remarked "AAAaahhhhh, it smells and FEELS SO MUCH BETTER." There are many reasons why i like living at Seabrook at Bear Brand Apartments... But the People who take care of Us and the place where we all live TOP the List.
My very first impression with Seabrook at Bear Brand was resort quality living. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is stellar. I haven't had to wait more than a day for any request. I’d like to recognize Fred specifically. He prepared my first apartment and it was beautiful. He has been phenomenal with resolving any maintenance issues, as well as following up which is greatly appreciated!. The property is very clean, facilities are great quality and clean and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a very homey and safe community.
I am a longtime resident of Seabrook I grew up here and remember what this property looked like in the '90s! and just wanted to say that the team still does a fantastic job. The location is superb and the staff are excellent! A personal shout out to Fred from the maintenance team for always doing such a great job and being one of the friendliest people around—he's handled many work orders I've put in over the years, and his kindness and personable nature really goes a long way toward making this community feel like a home for people. Another shout out to Jesse in the office who recently helped me temporarily relocate on the property while my unit was being remodeled, making every step of the process run smoothly and always communicating well. It was great to live here 20 years ago, and it's still great today :
I have lived at Seabrook for 6 months. I love living here. It is a great community. The maintenance crew is great! Magda especially is so awesome. When I workout in the gym she always greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing. She is so nice, and makes my day. She and everyone keeps everything immaculate.
Seabrook apts. is a wonderful place to live. We've been here a year and hope to be able to stay much longer. The office staff is always so willing to help with any issues that come up . They do their work in a very timely manner. Alma is especially friendly and always makes me feel so happy to live here. Also Fred is great he goes out of his way to be very friendly. Come to Seabrook ...you'll love it here it's a home community!
I have lived at Seabrook for nearly two years now, and have been very impressed with the management and maintenance teams. The grounds are lovely and well taken care of, maintenance is prompt, and the community has a very safe neighborhood feel to it. Sherri in the office has been very receptive and considerate in addressing any concerns that come up over the last few years. I have lived in a few different corporate apartment complexes in Southern California, and Seabrook is one of the best.
I really love my apartment and the location of Seabrook. I got a sweetheart move in deal when I moved from Shea Seaside in laguna niguel. The staff is always available to help when needed, the maintenance guys are prompt to fix things, and i love the location and my neighbors are really cool. The only thing I would say is a negative is there are a few inconsiderate neighbors that let thier dogs bark all day long and I notified the office and I know its hard to enforce keeping a Dog quiet, other wise its very nice and I never have to use the AC.
I have lived Seabrook for 5 years . I loved past staff but William has made me want to keep staying. William is so kind and amazing at customer service. William makes you feel like you are family like Zack and Angela did! Seabrook becomes your family … it’s not only and incredible place to live on the the other hand you have amazing staff once again who care! I want to let you know more about the kindness out of the Seabrook team! Fred has been amazing! The last five years during the pandemic Fred helped me so much! The past two years the new team is amazing! Albuto the head of maintenance is amazing ! He always is smiling and saying Hi as drives around, He makes me want to keep living here… Fred’s customer service ! Sherry the general manager is awesome! I am very happy with the staff! Thanks to Fred and the staff that’s why I keep staying! All positive great place to live ! William is amazing!
There are not enough stars to give Fred B.! He takes pride in his work. He's respectful and always gets the job done well. We appreciate all he does! Thank you!
Fred did a great job getting the A/C fixed and stop the noises. Any time Fred has come and worked on anything in my unit, he always is quick, responsive and answers any questions I may have. He's the best!
