We had a Wonderful experience at this Store. The Staff was friendly and Warm. I was able to find the item I was looking for. I would not hesitate to make future purchases and I highly recommend this Store to everyone. What is impacting in Life is how people treat you. That is unforgetable. We are very Grateful! Something to add, there is plenty of parking, handicapped spaces and the Store itself is handicapped friendly.
Bought a new mower. Got it home and ran it for about half an hour. Turned the mower off for 15min came back out, and tried to start it, and it would not. Called and they told me they would come look at it in 2 or 3 days. So decided to just take the mower back to get a return and they quickly found and fixed the problem and continued to argue with me about how amazing of a lawnmower if was. Also I had one employee telling about how great of a mower it was. However whenever my dad talked with someone else that worked there as well, and they had admitted this brand of mower had starter issues. So due to poor customer service and contradicting stories of the mower, I still just wanted the return and they got very rude with me. And to top it off they charge a 15% restock fee if you return your product.
The wrong washing machine was delivered to us. The manger was unconvinced the mistake was there's until I showed her photos of the delivered machine. She agreed to "fix" the problem. The delivery for the first washing machine was an hour and a half later than they stated. The second machine we ordered , the correct one arrived one hour later than was stated. The store employees and delivery staff are nice enough. Likely the delivery staff is paid nothing which attributes to the lack of service. Both the service and intergrity of the company is a loss. We will not do business with Sears again as we had the same issues with the servicing of a land mower we purchased from Sears.
The customer service in the store was good but the delivery experience was horrible....late, not friendly, lots of loud banging and rough with machine and just in and out without any offer of help to move my dryer or put it back. Then, when I called the transport company to complain, he said he'd buy me lunch but never followed up on it. I called again and he started telling me I was over reacting and his delivery guy did nothing wrong. He then again said he'd pay for a meal but never followed up at all. I would've had to go to the store and hold my hand out to him which I have absolutely no time for since I am a single mom that is a graduate student. I wouldn't be so upset about it if he hadn't sung the praises of how his $100 delivery fee was well worth it because he goes above and beyond what is necessary....my experience was soooo the opposite. I don't think I have ever written a bad review of a place but I feel like this is my only recourse since calling him did nothing.
Honestly, and good character. Great prices and no lazy employees!! Everyone was charming and sincere. Sears is a long standing company and I'm proud for it to be here in Moscow, ID
STILL honoring and servicing that famous CRAFTSMAN WARENTEE ! ! And very personable Customer Service as well. RARELY do I grant 5 out of 5. They earned it.
Great customer service and equipment just the deals were not really deals compared to the local market.
Employees are lazy and never come up to you to see if you need help. Another example of white trash Moscow stores.
They always have the tool I need along with what I need for my mower
great staff, always helpful and they care about their customers
