We really like this store, the employees are helpful and very knowledgeable. We purchased a dishwasher last year, they installed it and took away the old one, all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be shopping here in the future!!
I shop at sears every now and then, recently when I went in shopping I realized the people that work there have an amazing amount of work related training that changes and evolves constantly. Phillip, Dom and several other employees have many responsibilities that over lap and sometimes require an amazing amount of patience and composure. Multitasking can be stressful so the next time your patience or composure wears thin because of blank just remember they all work very hard to make our lives easier. Phillip, Dom and Ed will all go the extra mile to help out a customer.
Recently went into this store in Red Bluff to shop locally and purchase a Riding Lawn Tractor for our home. We shopped all their prices and found a really good deal. After shopping all the local competition we returned to the store to make our purchase. When we got to the register, the price turned out to be $230 more than the price tag! They would not honor the displayed price and were quite rude when we called them on their mistake. Accused us of switching the prices even though they had last years model on the current promotional sale... Very disappointing. Went to the redding location where they handle business far more professionally.
We have purchase nearly all of our home appliances and lawn and garden equipment here. We have never been disappointed. The store is locally owned by a young family, so it's nice to keep our money local.
Sears is a bunch of immature punks 2 of the employees who are in a more than professional relationship decided to call me from the store phone and harass me. Yeah Alex nice try bud...
