Not so friendly staff even tho they have been there for MUCH TOO LONG. Dropping off donations is hit and miss. Call first to make sure their taking donations first. A little pricy considering u can buy brand new items of the same choice at Wal Mart for cheaper. No more "rare finds" or "antiques" seem to find themselves out on the floor these days. There are no dressing room. S to try things on even tho COVID is over and there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOms. Plenty of parking
You just never know what you are going to find. Walked in to kill some time and found a boot pull that I could not find in any store. The people are great
Prices aren't great but still much less than you'd pay elsewhere. Customer service is a big deciding factor for me and they definitely lacked it on my visit. The store itself just looks rundown and dirty but it is a thrift store. I would consider a return visit because options are limited in Red Bluff, but for the most part we just make the 30 minute drive to Redding for the Goodwill since the prices are the same but quality of items are often better..
It's probably the most efficient and organized, thrift store, I have seen, in a long time. The women who run it are super cool, and really care about what they're doing. You might even get a bargain. I can tell you one thing for sure, if you see something you want, you better get it, or it will be gone. The store does a lot of business, stuff flies out. Anyway, a very good place to shop.
Sadly the woman working the register was quite rude to my mom when she asked if she could leave a larger item up at the register while she continued to shop. Very disappointed as we love supporting salvation army stores. My mom was so put off she did not purchase the items she had found and we will not be returning to this location.
Store is the worst one of all n I have been to alot . The paid employee is horrible they tell at you in front of everyone ask about the shoes u came in on . N now the no purse thing I'm a disabled person is have no car I walk to get to place u use larger purse cause I have care things when I'm out. Its really sad cause one lady is so witch n it makes for really unhappy time if I go there with my friend she follows us n calls us by are names she not friend n I don't like how she treats us tóp it off store manager does nothing she turn her head the other way ..
Last weekend I happened to be at this store when two of the staffers had a very vivid racist discussion about another shopper. I will not be shopping there again.
would not recommend coming here. First off the website says that it is open till 7:00pm. Apparently they are only open till 5:00pm. Ok that's fine. I went there looking for a shirt. I found one and wanted to try it on mind you it was 4:20 pm I went to the dressing room and one of the workers there was walking around. I asked if I could use the dressing room. she locked and rudely said nope that I couldn't use it because they were closing. What the heck you have 40 minutes left. I had one shirt not a bunch and you just locked after I asked. Bad customer service. I don't mind taking my business elsewhere.
This store offers a decent selection, with hit and miss service. Sometimes the volunteers/employees are kind and friendly, others will rush you out the door if it's within 30 minutes of closing. The latter will also openly talk about how eager they are to leave. They regularly will stop accepting donations very early on in the day.
I don't particularly like the way they treated a homeless woman outside when she was looking for recyclables in the trash. She was well within her rights to search in it. A woman working there was yelling at her and it made me uncomfortable. Trash = abandoned property. Once it's on the curb its free to the public. Why yell at them? They're already homeless and unhappy. Salvation Army should know this.
