I ordered online and paid for delivery, installation, and haul away of the old refrigerator. The delivery guys arrive and tell me it's going to be an extra $25 because there are stairs there are 3 steps up to the front door and $35 to take the doors off the old refrigerator to get it out the door. I told them no and took the 6 screws out to take the refrigerator door off myself. Then told them they could take it back if they were not willing to go up 3 steps into the house. I have had great delivery with the Durango store, but won't be ordering sears again if it comes out of Pagosa.
Why is this store allowed to operate : all I have to say is I should have read the reviews... well that's not all I have to say, ordered some parts and install on 2 appliances that I had purchased at HD, they asked why we didn't buy from them then proceeded to give us a hard time about it, very unprofessional not to mention that they where almost $400 more expensive than the other guy. It's been almost 3 weeks that I have been without a way to do laundry or cook food. The biggest issue is that they asked for a card # to hold and that I would not be charged, well come to find out that they charge the card for $500 with no work done, no parts and no call backs.... just so everyone knows that's felony fraud... do not give this store any business what so ever you Will be ripped off in some form or another... I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS.....
