The sales associate/manager/owner lady assuming it’s Nadia is disrespectful and unprofessional. There’s only ever been one person in the store, and the associate I’ve ever dealt with has never been friendly. I was scrolling through the bad reviews and she has several complaints, which makes me wonder why she is still employed there. Maybe she’s the owner? If so, I am done with that store. If not, I won’t return until she no longer works there. How could a Sears store that gets this many complaints from folks about their experience continuously not address the underlying problem? Sorry, but another apology from a district manager is unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Deal with the customer service issues, Sears, or you will keep getting bad reviews and lose more customers.
Buy here instead of Lowe's or Home Depot! We just bought a washer and dryer set here from Nardia. The price and service were both outstanding. Nardia took the time to explain comparable products and her sales price was much better than Lowe's. Even better she offered to have it delivered the next day! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at this Sears Hometown store
I bought my Refrigerator at Sears St. Augustine. I love it the Customer service was outstanding. I use to shop for my appliance's @ BestBuy Jacksonville but never ever get this excellent service rendered to me at this Sears in Saint Augustine: and I'm so glad i did make a good and right decision. from now on this is my new home . Thank you guys i will be back for my Lawn Mower.
The most rude two employees that I have every experienced in my whole life. When presented with a problem, that they created, they refused to assist me. The worst shopping experience of my life. When I requested to talk to the owner, I was refused. I asked for his/her name and I was refused again. Something was not right with their reaction to a simple return. As a former Sears employee I was appalled at their lack of respect for the customer and there demeaning tone in which they spoke to us. The older male employee also said I gave you your refund, now get out!
The absolute BEST Sears Hometown Store I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They truly treat you like family! I will never purchase from Sears online again. I will only do business with this location. They have earned a customer for life! I’m giving them 5 Stars, only because 10 Stars is not an option.
Absolute worst customer service I've encountered for a Sears location ever. Tool replacement is a joke. Was told to me that they're unable to order or replace craftsman hand tools because of the store policy, mind you craftsman hand tools have lifetime warranties. Not to mention the employees were rude & short with me due to my asking about the store policy. Highly recommend going to another Sears location. Was extremely displeased with the service at the Saint Augustine location. Maybe they should sell Stanley tools insread..
They the sales lady is Borderline rude. I purchase a brand new dishwasher. She asked me to go outside and wait on it so I walked back in their pulling out the 1 on display. I ask do you have a new one no she replied. I asked for a Box to put it in. And that piss her off. So I said I would like a refund if you do not have a Box to put it in. Then a Box appeared. Terrible customer service.
Unbelievably unhelpful and rude sales person/manager/owner? She actually took the time to go out of her way to be unhelpful in my attempt to pick up an item I bought online during COVID. During conversation, she went to the phone and called someone. It turned out it had nothing to do with my order and she just continued to stand there without helping. After finally getting an answer from calling SEARS, she again was rude and unhelpful. It got to the point where I was becoming rude just out of anger. I have to say that I will never buy from this store again. Not worth saving a few dollars vs. going to a more helpful home store HD/LOW. Not worth making me angry, that's for sure.
Horrible experience. Went to return a treadmill I called in advance which resulted in the manager having to ok the return with the district manager. The manager called and said I could return the item no problem... only when I got there things got even worse. The “associate” David took the treadmill in a room locked it up and they wanted to take my receipt, keep the treadmill, telling me that I’d see a credit to my account and the manager would be emailing me in a few days. I was not leaving without proof of the return. The manager/owner Nadia got very loud in the store and caused a major scene resulting in the other customers that were there to leave. I then called the corporate again and let them know what was going on...while all of this is going on they still have the treadmill locked in a room and still haven’t given me a refund. Then all of a sudden the key goes missing so they couldn’t return it until I find the key... I ended up having to take the treadmill back home and the manager Nadia went in the back of the store and never came back out. It was then closing time and the associate David says to me “ we never said we weren’t going to return the item you just need to find the key and Nadia is in the back on the phone right now. But our store is closed” We has been in the store for almost 2 hrs. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Very unpleasant experience.
Sears is open in the new 2021 Mall St.Augustine. I found great deals on major appliances, lawn and garden equipment. And Sears tools!
