Store was clean, well organized and items easy to find as they usually are in Target. The disappointment is having to wait in long slow lines to be checked out because there were only two cashiers working between five and seven. The store had more self checkout lanes than they had cashiers. What happened to friendly customer service as you leave the store. We pay ridiculously high prices for items today and are now expected to work before we leave the store. Does the store care about their customers or just saving a buck by hiring fewer people and having the customer work for free. Can we go back to exceptional customer service please?!
Not the best customer service !Yesterday I emptied my cart and waited for the lady before me and the cashier Chris to be done . They started having issues with a coupon which was fine . While the cashier tried to figure it out they had a side conversation which was also okay . When they finished a few minutes later The customer apologized but Chris did not even acknowledge my presence or say sorry for the delay she said NOTHING TO ME mind you I was standing there for a few minutes watching then figure out the issue . After I tried to start a conversation got a one word answer and decided it was pointless . Then during checkout apparently because I spent a lot on tech I received a $5 gift card . Which she didn’t even explain . I just saw her writing 5 on a red card during checkout then gave it to me no words I had to read the receipt . All in all she was horrible and yes I got a picture of her because she needs to go through training on how to interact with customers
Great store, has beautiful home decor, rugs, bedding and more. Starbucks inside and staff are helpful. Little cafe is no longer open which is a shame hope it opens back up in the future - My reason for 4 stars. Make sure to download the Target app for more discounts.
the drive up experience was so perfect I barely had time to turn the car off. I love that I just show the large number on my app. The new driveup section at the St. Augustine, Florida store is clearly marked, offers lots of spaces, and is covered with an awning to keep my car interior dry when loading in the rain. Target thought of everything. The staff were professional and friendly making the whole experience a pleasure.
Every time I come to the St Augustine Target, the boys clothing section is always extremely unorganized, to say the least. The clothes are literally thrown around everywhere. There are no discernible piles of items of the same kind and it is very difficult to find anything in the size you need. I honestly feel like I am shopping at a thrift store. While thrift store shopping is great, the amount of money I am paying for each item at Target is not worth the time or energy it takes to find the clothes I need. The selection is also extremely limited, and while I know that is not necessarily a fault of the store, there are never any employees around to organize and/or restock or even ask for help. This Target really needs to get it together.
Today was our first visit to this Target and we felt so lucky to find Amanda, who expertly and kindly helped us find ALL the school supplies we needed, many of which we would not have found on our own. We'll definitely be back!
I scheduled an appt for 2pm on 8/9/ 2023 with the Optometrist at the eye center in this Target 1440 US Hwy 1, St Augustine, FL. I took off work early and arrived there by 2:14pm. I get there complete the three pages of paperwork and still waited for 15min before the doctor was free. After I'm sitting there, a patient comes out the office and Marisa Target Rep sends in a Caucasian family before me. I ask why she didn't send me next. She tells me "Their appt is at 2:30pm and I was 17-mins late. She will try to work me in". I felt it was racial. She did not explain this when I showed up at 2:15 and she had me filling out 3-pages of documents. Then to waste another 20+ minutes of my time while waiting on the Dr. She should have explained this in the beginning, and I could have decided if I wanted to wait or to reschedule. I will not be spending my dollars in this Target. Just when you think we have gotten passed all this racial scrap, it gets thrown back in our faces. Definitely not the best customer service by Marisa! very disappointed in Target and its level of Customer Service
I ordered two 12 packs of Premier Protein Shakes in the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. What was sent to me was Strawberry and Cookies & Cream!! Not even close. When I had to return to the store, the store was a mess! Clothes on the floor all over and too many empty shelves. What a mess!
Love Target great prices and much classer products and people than Walmart.Also like that they have unique products that you won't find any where else.
this is one of the better Target stores. My wife commented on how clean it is. and when we asked for assistance, someone did come to answer our questions. that is not the usual in other brand stores.
