This location is closing soon so everything must go 75% off all items so much like shoes, clothing and for women all Bra's & slips to even the store shelves and mannequins you will definitely will find great finds so take money or credit cards and remember all sales are final!! These Bra's were $44.00 I paid $13.20 each
the jewelry department staff especially Maria is wonderful. She is very helpful and cognizant of customer needs. She is very very patient as she shows the customer each piece of jewelry. She also makes you feel comfortable and not pushy towards making a purchase. She also makes you aware of any upcoming promotions and any sales that will be the most beneficial to you as a customer. Such customer service is reflected in other staff of the jewelry department.
Fridge crashed and they had the only model my very picky spouse wanted. The store was quite, close to closing time. The salesman was efficient and did not pressure us to buy something we did not want or need. Overall a good experience.
My shopping experience in the men's shoe department was great. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I had no problem finding the correct size shoe. Although, in my opinion the security department was not efficient. I found a pair of old work boots inside a new box. Then two men stole multiple pairs of shoes. In fact, the LP did not show up until after the crime was committed. I'm assuming this happens quiet often but perhaps the LP security were most likely in a different department during this time. Nonetheless, Sears still as good deals despite their business hurting financially. Check it out before there gone forever!
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in to buy a refrigerator and a dishwasher to be delivered to 2 different properties that the company i worked for managed. There must have been 6 sales associates all hanging out off to the side bickering about who had a better night the night before. I was even more amazed to find out the the manager of the area was among them. Me and my wife stood in the middle of the appliance floor waiting for someone to come over and explain what out next move was in purchasing a product for more then 15 minutes while the staff stood off to the side, I even caught some of them looking our direction multiple times without attempting to see if we need help.
I see why Sears is failing. I wanted to buy a pair of pants. No staff anywhere in sight! No checkouts were open! The fitting rooms were littered with clothes and there was no help there. Great selection of clothes and good prices. The cashier we found one open on another floor! said that they only staffed the Men's Department on weekends! What kind of store does that?! One that is going out of business...
I had a really bad experience with the repair department. I had a return appointment between 3 and 6pm for a repair tech to come and fix my washer since the first time he came to fix it he didn't have the part in his truck. I waited for 3 hours and when I called to find out the ETA of the tech, I was told the part didn't come in so they canceled the appointment. The problem is they 'forgot' to let me know... they have both my phone # and email... Very disappointed with their service!
STAY AWAY! Do not buy from Sears anymore my friends. This is not the Sears my family grew up with and trusted! This is PURE nightmare. Spent $3,000 on a new refrigerator and the compressor quickly failed. Called repair and they said the next appointment wasn't until two weeks! Two weeks without a refrigerator-can you imagine? The phone line sounds like talking through a tunnel. I can't barely understand the operator-who is in the Philippines! When the day arrived I took off work and waited all day faithfully by the door. DING I get a text message. "Your appointment has been cancelled". What? Seriously? A text? Why couldn't they give me advance notice so I didn't have to wait by the door? I call repair and the first operator who you can't barely understand says they didn't have any technicians today. The second operator tells me it was cancelled-get this-because "I had requested a friend technician"...insanity! A "friend technician? I asked what that even meant-Mazel said that I must have called and cancelled the appointment because perhaps I had a friend who was a technician that I wanted instead. They said it will be another TWO WEEKS now. I don't believe them. They said "why don't you call up your friend and have him do the work?" I told them I do not have a "friend" technician and anyway this is supposed to be under warranty and must be done by a technician that can warranty the work. I tried to call the store i bought it at and the person answering sounded asleep and bored. Usually there are 6-8 sales workers standing around talking to each other. I asked for a supervisor. There was no supervisor until Friday. So this is where I am at now. It feels like Sears doesn't want to back up their GUARANTEED BEST PROTECTION like the flyer says-and is trying to force me to buy a new fridge. I am out $3,000 and nobody will even pick up the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. Then after 30 minutes someone finally picked up the phone and quickly put me back on hold. RING RING RING HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? Nothing. This is the worst experience anyone could imagine. Learn from my nightmare.
This place has the usual selection of goods, but a severely reduced staff. No one was staffing the men's department and the fitting rooms were littered with clothes. As a side note, good luck trying to get repair services. If you call a store, you'll get an automated system from Hell. I used to like Sears, but I don't think they will be around, in this form of at all, much longer...
Great merchandise. Shoes on sale 30% off. I bought pair of Reebok and Skechers. The sale person was very helpful and went back in the stock room to get my size when it was not available on the floor.
