Bought a stove the end of October the stove didn't even make it a month when we called to get help we were told there's a process it's now January 4th 2022 no stove for Thanksgiving no stove for Christmas an still no stove had the tech come out 3 time the last time he said it's not repairable an now they want the tech to come back out to troubleshoot it with Samsung on the phone spent over 1k on a stove not even to make it a month. Sears will not stand by thier products an wont even give you numbers for upper management. Do not buy appliances from sears
Bought a fridge, and got it to the camper and the fridge didn’t work. They replaced it with the same model and the fridge works as should. The three girls were very helpful and helped me 100% as service should be. I highly recommend this sears to anyone.
Refuses to employ repair person on staff or make one available. I have bought several washing machines from this store. When I needed my 4 year old Kenmore repaired I was told that they had no repair person available because of Covid. However, 4 years ago when I needed the last Kenmore washing machine I bought from them repaired, they gave me a similar excuse even though they are an Authorized Sears Hometown dealer and listed as an available repair center. 800 number for Sears repair program was no help as well. You just wait on hold. No response. I think they just want you to buy a new appliance. Won't be buying Sears again.
Stopped in to buy some tools the staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't have one of the items I wanted so the manager ordered it and gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. Will shop here again.
