I was so sad about the store closing. I was helped by a cashier the had worked for 35 years with the company. I told her how much I missed the yearly catalog. Growing up as soon as we got it we would look at the new school clothes style and make our Christmas lists. I have such happy childhood memories around the yearly catalog. Bring it back! It's how the company got started on the 1800's.
I live in Shoreline. I ordered some items online, some were close in Everett and two were in Kitsap. My order was ready at 10:00am when the store opened. Truly a great experience. I will use Sears online before any other online store service. Did I mention the prices were fabulous
Great service and advice from a gentleman named Gabe. He showed us their great deals and details about their appliances. Store was clean, but quiet. Lots of items were on shelves and orderly. I was happy to see a clean Sears
Sears doesn't get five stars, but only because I hardly ever give five stars. But Sears does get a strong four plus stars. It's one of my favorite stores and we lost ours at the Tacoma Mall due to the big store closings that they recently went through. They have a big variety of the things you really need.
Great "going out of business" sales, we will miss you!
After Christmas, everything was on sale with most things 50 to 70 percent off the regular price. Bought a bunch of stuff including the hangers used in the clothing displays. Just heard they are working out a last minute deal to save 400 stores. I hope it happens. So many things to offer in one store that a family or homeowner would need. Hope they are around for many more years.
It's a Sears. I mean its always a ghost town and hardly anyone is ever in there. I am truly surprised that this store has not gone out of business. The only time we ever go there is if we're looking for appliances or sometimes they also have good deals on bedding.
My son went to Sears Kitsap Mall Silverdale Wa last night to see about buying a tool. He is 18 and wanted to make sure this was the right size for his work room table. When he opened the box the tool was damaged. He came home and discussed this purchase and went back to Sears to buy the tool. The lady at the counter got very VERY angry when he asked to open the box before he bought it. He wanted to make sure it wasn’t damaged like the other one. She said “you can’t come here everyday and asking to open boxes. You come here too much, everyone is talking about you.” He has been there last night and today. She is crazy, something is wrong with her. My son always goes to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Even if he did go everyday while he works on his project it would be good for Sears After this I don’t think he will ever go back to Sears. We definitely won’t be either. It is really none of her business if he did go there every single day of the year. She needs to be terminated. I would definitely terminate one of my employees for telling a customer he can’t come everyday. My son is young and loves woodworking. He has never been to Sears and only went there because he found something on sale. I will definitely be calling a manager tomorrow and ask how to give a formal complaint regarding this incompetent employee.
Used to be a great store but, they just stopped caring and the quality of service and products went way down. Pretty sure they're out of business now, or will be soon. Pretty sad since I used love this place, especially to buy tools but, now it's a ghost town; and for how big the store, is there's barely any product and half the staff...
Customer service and the warranty is excellent, but when it comes to products.. they are going down hill. This is the third time in 3 years that I had to either trade in or buy a new weed wacker, due to something going wrong. I wanted to cut my weeds today, but now I have to wait 2 weeks until my new one comes to me.
