DO NOT SHOP HERE ITS A SCAM here I did a return for $1600 and was given 2 gift cards instead of my cashback and then when I went to use the gift card 1 day later There was nothing on them because of a security breach at that Macy's all of my money got spent and I got to see none of it period. This store should be held accountable And we'll be whether they like it or not i cannot express the disappointment and just outright craziness that my money was spent the second after the card was issued to me And they did nothing in fact their store supervisor Amanda is probably about the only good thing about that store she was the floor supervisor Very patient super nice put up with a lot she probably deserves more than whatever they are giving her. Shopping here is a scam do return get a gift card to go back to use it money's gone they have no idea and they're unwilling to do anything about in soldier is a s*** show do not go there
Attempted to get my son some clothes for school. The men's department was pathetic. Not much to pick from. The staff in the beauty/fragrance dept was understaffed but super helpful. I'll skip the silverdale Macy's from now on, and head to Tacoma.
Looks like a ghost town. I needed a pair of men's dress shoes, tiny style selection and smaller size stock. No sales people around either. Avoid

The store is very clean and organized. The service is okay. Changes have been made for less cash registers. But, overall, a good experience.
It's not terrible because they do have some nice things. However one they cater to a mostly women customers base. Most of the men who come here are either shopping with or for the women in their life. An two their men's selection is very limited and extremely over priced. I would not even bother to waste my time looking at their men's items. The prices are ridiculous. No save your money and by men's clothes some where else like Khols, Tillys, or Men's Warehouse, or Old Navy. At any of these places you will find better men's clothes in both higher quality greater selection, and much better prices. Now for the ladies things. Their main draw is the large selection of overpriced high quality makeup and the purchase with purchase bonus sales. And their excellent selection of overpriced purses and hand bags. The advantage is you can get things not easily available anywhere else the disadvantage is with the purchase with purchase system you have to make a minimum purchase of lesser quality items to qualify to purchase the higher quality limited supply item of the week that they are promoting. Also you will likely spend more for some products here than they are actually worth because It's Macy's
Very nice Macy's store - 4-5 stars. We shop here often, and recommend the store. Ocasionally product selection is a bit slim in some areas - we always think the store is on the brink of closing as it sometimes appears that inventory is not replenished.
I understand that all things evolve in life. What I'm not okay with ⁵⁴is4 tdevolving. That is the stage in the life of this store that I'm reviewing. I am just not very impressed with the selection available at this Macy's. and it seems that every week there are less and less doors available to use to exit or enter the store. Very strange
Okay the only reason I’m giving a 5 Star is because of the Extremely nice young man at the makeup counter. I was thinking about getting something for sun damage. I was a teen in the 90ies we used vegetable Shortening as tanning lotion. He gave me wonderful advice and samples. I couldn’t say no, so I got what he recommended. Excellent guest service! But the store is dirty and the GM should probably be promoted to a customer. This is 100% neglect. Don’t tell me that dusting isn’t in the budget. BTW use a steamer when you dress your Mannikins visual should probably be dressing salads instead…. Just a dirty store…
So I'm struggling so bad with my identity theft I can only get a part-time job right now because I'm currently disabled but they wanted to hire me for the cosmetics counter
