Tried to buy a hooded sweater that was clearly on a 50% off rack with others just like it, rang up full price was told the signs above don't matter when it clearly says novelty tops and bottoms. Seems to be the way to get over on people lately quite deceiving
Cut was ok but frustrated that what I asked for in color. I told her I wanted blonde with a little bit of color. My hair is the same color that I walked in there with. And I told her where is the blonde she said my hair is still wet it will dry. I'm so upset.
I got offered a Job there while working for another Company lol that was awesome. Great Beauty Category as well--nice gals!
What an amazing transformation! We haven't been in for several years, and were pleasantly surprised. The interior is very upscale, clean, bright and attractive. There was frequent contact from staff inquiring whether we needed assistance. When we did have questions, they were quick to help! There was plenty of trendy clothing, which was the subject of our search. We were looking for business casual dress for my husband, and found nice slacks and shoes. The only area lacking was selection of dress shirts, however we found that problematic on other stores as well- so more a sign of the times. Well done! We'll be back in future.
Loved, loved, loved the female that works in the photo gallery!! She was amazing! My big family came in, me & my siblings and our own families along with my mom, so there were many different shots, scenes, people, kids, crying, fighting, horsing around, chaos!! She breezed through it! That girl deserves a raise!
Been awhile.... not as much of a selection as in days past. Still not bad
Great sales/ clearance sections. Store has to put anti-devices on name brand sports clothes because people were shoplifting. Plenty of parking. Lots of Kraken and Seahawks items. Employees are very helpful.
Love Penny's, hate that they closed the one in Sequim. Actually looking for jean's with elastic waist. No luck
Penny's used to be my "go to" place for shopping, but they don't have much of a clothing selection anymore. Then we bought a mattress, but had to return it. We followed their return policy, and they agreed we would receive a full refund. After they picked the mattress up, we called about our refund. A rude young girl answered the phone. After a very lengthy, ridiculous argument, and after she said we would be charged full price for the mattress, she finally came back to the phone after one of her many "I'll be back" trips, and said we would receive a full refund. This girl sounded and spoke like she was about 10 years old. I could barely understand her, and she used terms like "the finance guy" and "the mattress guy". In fact, a 10 year old probably could've done better. Penny's is no longer on my list of places to shop.
Have always enjoyed JC Penney's. The first visit was in 1967. I'm glad they are still around at the Kitsap Mall!
